Firstly, difficulties existing in international logistics management and the necessity of international logistics supply chain management are discussed. Secondly, challenges and opportunities of big data technology to cross-border E-commerce are analyzed respectively. Big data logistics and its characteristics are studied in depth. The cross-border e-commerce sales forecast model is established based on GM(1,1), and the proposed model is verified based on case study, simulation results show that the prediction model can improve the prediction precision of sales amount. Finally, integration measurements of big data and cross-border E-commerce are put forward under a suitable local law protection.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Inf. Syst. Serv. The results show that OFDI exerts different effects on technological progress of countries along the route within different thresholds range. Based on the classification of different country types, when FD is below than the threshold value, China’s OFDI in transitional and developing countries has no significant impact on their technological progress, while developed countries have a more significant positive correlation; other, when FD is higher than the threshold value, both types of countries are significantly positively correlated, and the coefficient is greater in developed countries than in transitional and developing countries. In further research, it is divided into two periods based on the time node of 2013.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Inf. Syst. Serv. According to the requirements of total sequence matching probability and system matching times, the sequence matching probability is calculated. The measurement error is analyzed in the process of acquisition and matching, and the measurable interference parameters are obtained. According to the analysis results, the mean value of matching measurement error is standardized, and the matching probability and measurement error statistical characteristics are established sex model. The experimental results show that the matching probability and measurement error statistical model of this method has high accuracy, and has good application effect in practical application.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int. Smart city e-governance is an integral part of this paper and the deliverables are quite helpful for citizen centric services. The ‘smartness’ of a city is linked to the provision of city centric services, high quality of life and the proper utilization of available resources in tandem with the government, which helps through investments in citizens, transport and modern communication infrastructure (ICT) for sustainable economic development. This article aims at explaining the Smart City project design architecture, describing how city data is collected, transmitted, stored and processed using smart IoT devices, Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) techniques.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int. This study expands the stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) model by combining the communication persuasion theory with the flow experience theory. Our model considers the characteristics of KOLs and published content features as independent variables, consumer perception as the mediating variable and consumer purchase intention as the dependent variable. This study also refines the measurement dimensions of each variable and analyzes KOL impacts on consumer purchase intention on short video platforms. After analyzing 357 valid questionnaires, we find that the variables –reputation, perceived fit, aesthetic quality and content richness have significant impacts on consumer purchase intention where virtual touch and emotional response play intermediary roles. This study provides insights into KOL marketing.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Inf. Syst. Serv. Comparing two models, these findings show that efficiency scores with e-business output were significantly better than those without e-business outputs, implying that e-business outputs play a crucial role in evaluating bank efficiency. The findings show that e-payment services have brought positive effects to bank efficiency, and that mobile banking services increase the frequency of banking transactions performed by customers, leading to increased bank efficiency.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int. The research reviewed approaches to evaluating the loyalty of taxi service users in Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam), Moscow (Russia), and Novosibirsk (Russia). The goal implied the segmentation of service users depending on the patterns of conduct and giving advice on the development of loyalty programs. The novelty lies in grouping respondents by age and gender and determining the ways to measure their loyalty. The research findings imply that people under 30 tend to make a choice based on reviews of others. The study developed possible customer behavior models and options for actions depending on their satisfaction and loyalty. This matrix can be used for building a comprehensive strategy to increase the loyalty of their clients. Practical value of the study lies in the possibility of using the data obtained to model the behavior of consumers of different service types based on the proposed loyalty matrix.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int. However, due to the perceived uncertainty and risk, users may obtain a poor experience when conducting social shopping. Integrating both perspectives of social support and network externality, this research examined users’ flow experience associated with social shopping. The results indicated that both emotional support and network externality affect flow, which in turn affects identification and social shopping intention. The results imply that companies need to create a supportive climate and utilize network externality to improve users’ experience and facilitate their shopping behaviour.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int. The ability to disrupt core services, the global reach, extended duration and the repetition has increased their ability to harm an organization. One aspect that needs to be understood better is the effect on the user. The user in the current environment is exposed to new technologies that might be adopted but there are also habits of using existing systems. The habits have developed over time with trust increasing in the organization in contact directly and the institutions supporting it. This research explores whether the global, extended and repeated RW attacks reduce the trust and inertia sufficiently to change long held habits in using information systems. The model tested measures the effect of the RW attack on the e-commerce status quo to evaluate if it is significant enough to overcome the user’s resistance to change.","PeriodicalId":151306,"journal":{"name":"Int.
