Construction contracts include many different types, corresponding to stages and tasks in the construction process of a project. However, no matter what type of contract it is, it must comply with some basic legal issues that are the foundation of construction contracts. During the contract implementation process, the role of management is extremely important. Business etiquettes have become the necessary standards in all the firms to optimize their business and administration efficiency. All the countries are developing their business strategies by creating different ways with certain diversity in terms of cultural development, etc., which can thus inevitably lead to different business etiquettes. Each individual plays a different role in business activities. The purpose of this study is to compare the difference of business etiquettes between China and France. To understand the difference between these two countries, we compared the difference of business etiquettes between China and France by referring to Chinese and French companies doing business in China. The data analysis may provide practical advice for us to be able to avoid causing any ambiguity or misunderstanding between the two countries. The study also revealed the importance of respect and the influence of different reflection habits in these two countries. The study synthesized theoretical foundations and relevant experimental research results to develop research hypotheses. Data was collected from a survey of 208 young lecturers working in universities within the higher education system in Vietnam. Applying quantitative research methods, the study revealed 05 positive factors influencing the job satisfaction of young lecturers, including working conditions, training and development, income and benefits, relationships with colleagues, and organizational support. Households use these different types of energy for cooking, heating food and heating water. The choice of these energies depends on several criteria. The analysis of the characteristics which can influence this choice is based on the discrete choice model resulting from the hypothesis of utility maximization behavior of the economic agent. This analysis reveals that certain household characteristics including household size, high income and the level of education of the head of household have an effect on energy choice although it is weak. The environmental criterion has no effect on the choice of households and the observation is that the choice of households is mainly based on their desire for comfort. The environmental reason is rarely mentioned. It aims to evaluate the effects of the selected independent variables on the value-added of manufacturing in Malaysia. A time series data for the period of 1970 to 2019 is used and the multi regression analysis is employed. Results obtained indicate that the exports of goods and services, net inflows of foreign direct investment are statistically significant in determining the manufacturing growth. Therefore, the government should provide more incentives for export activities, such as the reduction in tariffs, tax, and increase in subsidiaries. This initiative will attract more sellers to export their goods with the incentives given by the government. At the same time, the government should take some initiatives such as reducing costs and increasing profits for those investors who are interested in investing in Malaysian businesses. While employing secondary data from 1980 to 2020, the Auto-regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) method which analyses long and short run relationships among variables was used. For the effect of oil price on real output growth, long run estimates show that all variables employed do not exert significant influence on real output growth. Short run estimates reveal that all variables except the two lagged value of GDP, current value of labour, one and three lagged value of human capital have significant effect on real output growth. It was established that oil price in the current, one, two and three lagged periods positively affect real output growth. For oil price and potential output, the study was able to establish a positive effect of oil price on potential growth in the short and long run. The study concludes that Nigeria as an oil-exporting country is highly sensitive to changes in oil prices. The choice of the period was informed by the economic recessions which the country experienced within the period. The paper employed an autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL) and error correction model (ECM) to estimate the short run and long run relationships among the series. The findings of the paper reveal that exports demand has significant and positive short run and long run relationship with economic growth, while imports demand and exchange rate volatility have short run and long run negative relationships with economic growth in Nigeria during the study period. The paper recommend that Nigerian government should intensify efforts towards expanding the country’s export based in order to improve its external competitiveness for the enhancement of the aggregate external demand and foreign exchange earnings that will mitigate the adverse effect of exchange rate volatility. Nagy","doi":"10.36348/gajeb.2023.v05i04.001","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36348/gajeb.2023.v05i04.001","url":null,"abstract":"One of the pillars of the economy in Hungary is the automotive industry; despite going through ups and downs due to the pandemic in 2020, the new car market in Hungary shrank by almost a fifth, with a total of 128,000 vehicles purchased at various brand levels. The study focused on a comparative analysis of revenue towards four car brands with a relatively large market share in Hungary both in the provision of production units and spare part units regarding OEMs, namely Audi Hungary, Opel Szentgotthárd, Magyar Suzuki, and Mercedes-Benz. Using the ANOVA model, this research deployed a quantitative approach by analyzing panel revenue data for the four-car brands from 2017-2021. The results of this study place Audy as the car brand that generates the most revenue and Mercedes-Benz the least. Based on Post Host Tests analysis with the Tukey method, it shows that the nominal value of the income relationship between Opel Szentgotthárd and Magyar Suzuki is not significant with a Tukey HSD value greater than 0.05, which means placed second and third in revenue over five years. The increase in revenue growth from the four car brands is undoubtedly the main driving force for the Hungarian economy, which has been growing and developing amidst the current European economic crisis. Therefore, the government can certainly further develop the automotive industry in a more sustainable direction which is also a challenge for the government in overcoming the energy crisis.
