Ulusal literaturde ise okul temelli telekonsultasyona iliskin herhangi bir akademik calisma bulunmamaktadir. Bu toplumsal durum yasamin olagan akisini alt ust etti. Hic aliskin olmadigin yeni bir toplumsal gerceklik dogdu. Bu gerceklik basta ticaret, insan iliskileri, gundelik aliskanliklar, ulasim ve egitim dahil bircok alani olagan akisinda yapilamaz hale getirdi. Sayilan bu sektorler icinde belki de en cok etkileneni egitim alani oldu. Egitim kurumlari bir anda kapandi ve yeni durum karsisinda caresiz kaldi. Kisa sureli bu caresizlikten sonra neredeyse tum dunyada uzaktan egitime gecilerek, uzaktan egitim imkâni saglayan site, program ve portallar bir anda egitim yasantisinin odagina yerlesmislerdir. Ancak yonetici, ogretmen ve ogrencilerin bu surece yeterince hazir olmadiklari gorulmustur. Bu calismada ilkokullarda gorev yapan ogretmenlerin Covid19 surecinde yurutulen egitim faaliyetlerine iliskin gorusleri yari yapilandirilmis bir gorusme formuyla ogrenilmeye calisilmistir. Nitel yontemle veri elde etmek amaciyla 20 ogretmenden olusan bir calisma grubu olusturulmus, calisma grubuna secilen ogretmenlerin kent merkezi ve koyde calisiyor olmalarina dikkat edilmistir. Calisma sonucunda Ilkokullarda Gorev Yapan Ogretmenlerin Covid19 Surecinde Yurutulen Egitim Faaliyetlerine iliskin olarak baslangicta ciddi sorunlarla karsilasildigi, ogretmenlerin ve ogrencilerin bu konuda yeterince egitimli ve deneyimli olmadigi, ogrencilerin internet ve ekipman konunda yeterince imkana sahip olmadigi, Milli Egitim Bakanligi’nin yeterli imkana sahip olmadigi ayrica uzaktan egitimin yuz yuze egitim kadar etkili olmadigi sonucuna ulasilmistir. Bununla birlikte ilerleyen surecte Bakanlik, ogrenci, ogretmen ve velilerin tecrube edindigi ifade edilmistir. The sample of the study consists of 192 primary teachers working in Van and its surrounding provinces.It was concluded that the communication skills of the primary teachers gathered in the study were above the average values of the sub-dimensions of empathy, transparency, equality, effectiveness and competence.The sub-dimensions of communication skills of primary teachers , in the comparison according to gender , a statistically significant difference in favour of female was found between female and male teachers in terms of the sub-dimensions of empathy, transparency, equality, and competence.Significant difference wasn’t found in the effectiveness sub-dimension according to the gender variable. According to the findings obtained from the analyzes on the competence of working together with primary teachers, it was concluded that the competence of teachers to work together was high. There was no significant difference between the average scores of the competence of primary teachers working together according to the term of duty. However, language and culture are in a constant interaction and an integral part of each other. This dynamic relationship between language and culture is prevalent at the same time for monolingual individuals and societies as well as for bilingual individuals and societies. These concepts must be dealt with together, especially when they concern immigrants. This descriptive study presents a traditional literature review. The aim of this article is to discuss current definitions and classifications of bilingualism and biculturalism, explain the relation between bilingualism and biculturalism and analyse particularly how these two concepts develop in immigrants. To do this, in the first part, minimalist and maximalist approaches of bilingualism have been treated. Then, different types and current definitions of bilingualism have been mentioned. In a second part entitled “Identity and Ownership”, the concepts of identity, culture and biculturalism have been introduced. In this part, different concepts related to identity and culture have been defined as Social Identity, Cultural Identity, Ethnic Identity, Enculturation and Acculturation. In the next part, the relationship between bilingualism and biculturalism has been discussed and some factors that can be considered common to bilingualism and biculturalism have been explained as Cultural Dominance, Age of Acculturation, Cultural Identity and self-perception of the individual as well as Cultural ‘Comfort’. Guzel sanatlar fakulteleri muzik bolumu ogrencilerinin sanat okuryazarlik durumlarini belirlemek amaciyla yapilan bu calismanin orneklemini 2018-2019 egitim ogretim yilinda Kirsehir Ahi Evran Universitesi Neset Ertas Guzel Sanatlar Fakultesi Muzik Bolumu 1 ve 2. siniflarinda ogrenim goren 45, Nevsehir Haci Bektas Veli Universitesi Guzel Sanatlar Fakultesi Muzik Bolumu 1 ve 2.siniflarinda ogrenim goren 57 olmak uzere toplam 102 ogrenci olusturmaktadir. Arastirmanin modeli nicel arastirmalar icinde yer alan tarama modelidir. Calismada veri toplama araci olarak Yucetoker (2014) tarafindan gelistirilen ve dort faktorden olusan “Sanat okuryazarligi olcegi” kullanilmistir. Olcegin guvenirlik katsayisi (Cronbach Alpha) .912’dir. Veriler analizinde SPSS programi kullanilmistir. Yapilan calisma sonucunda arastirma grubundaki ogrencilerin sanat okuryazarligi durumlarinin cinsiyet, ogrenim gordukleri universite, sanat kitaplari okumaktan hoslanma ve kutuphanede arastirma yapmayi sevme degiskenleri acisindan anlamli farklilik gosterdigi belirlenmistir. Arastirmada iliskisel tarama modelindedir. Arastirmanin calisma grubunu, 2017-2018 egitim ogretim yilinda Konya Ili Selcuklu Ilcesinde bulunan iki ilkokulda ogrenim goren 9-11 yaslari arasindaki 427 ogrenci olusturmaktadir. Arastirmada, Kisisel Bilgi Formu, Anne Baba Tutum Olcegi (ABTO), Cocuklar Icin Sosyal Kaygi Olcegi-Yenilenmis Formu (CSAO-Y) uygulanmistir. Verilerin normal dagilima uygunlugu Tek Orneklem Kolmogorov Smirnov Testi kullanilarak olculmustur. Test sonucunda p<0,05 bulundugu icin verilerin ya da dagilimin normal dagilim gostermedigi gorulmustur. Non parametrik testler secilmistir. Verilerin analizinde, spearman korelasyon analizi, Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal-Wallis H testi kullanilmistir. Arastirma sonuclarina gore, anneden ve babadan algilanan demokratik tutum ile sosyal kaygi arasinda anlamli bir iliski bulunamamistir. Anneden ve babadan algilanan otoriter tutum ile sosyal kaygi arasinda ise anlamli bir iliski bulunmustur. Cinsiyete gore, anneden algilanan demokratik tutum ve babadan algilanan demokratik tutum puanlari anlamli duzeyde farklilik gostermezken, anneden algilanan otoriter tutum, babadan algilanan otoriter tutum ve sosyal kaygi puanlarinin anlamli duzeyde farklilik gosterdigi gorulmustur. Algilanan okul basari duzeyine gore, sosyal kaygi puanlarinin anlamli bir farklilik gostermedigi, anneden algilanan demokratik tutum, anneden algilanan otoriter tutum, babadan algilanan demokratik tutum ve babadan algilanan otoriter tutum puanlarinin ise anlamli duzeyde farklilik gosterdigi tespit edilmistir. Arkadaslik kurarken zorluk yasama durumuna gore, anneden algilanan demokratik tutum ve babadan algilanan otoriter tutum puanlarinin anlamli bir farklilik gostermedigi, anneden algilanan otoriter tutum, babadan algilanan demokratik tutum ve sosyal kaygi puanlarinin ise anlamli bir farklilik gosterdigi belirlenmistir.
