In this paper, present an individual decision-making model based on agent technology. For this model, a computer program is developed to simulate the flow phenomenon of crowd pedestrian. Three cases have been studied where arching, clogging of pedestrians at the exit and changing exits could be observed. In order to improve the classification accuracy, the conception of combination is introduced in the training process of classifiers. The FKCM1 (Fuzzy means kernel clustering) is used to choose the training sample of the normal mode and the fault mode; The FKCM2 is used to choose the training sample of the discharge fault mode and the thermal fault mode; The FKCM3 is used to choose the training sample of the thermal fault of low temperature and the thermal fault of high temperature; The FKCM4 is used to choose the training sample of the discharge of low energy and the discharge of high energy. This method overcomes the disadvantage that the traditional binary tree, which doesn’t consider the distributing situation of the data set, constructs directly the SVM classifier. The method of describing the performance indexes of velocity is given. Also, a novel method to describe the mechanism’s velocity performances by using the mean value of performance indexes and its fluctuation is proposed. And the atlases of velocity performance are drawn in the form of contour series. In addition, the effective ranges of the non-dimensionally designed linkage length are determined under different requirements for velocity performance indexes. PID control has simple principle and its parameters setting are rather easy. Fuzzy control need not to establish the mathematical of the control system and has strong robustness. Fuzzy PID control is combined with PID control and fuzzy control. The advantages of fuzzy PID control are simple, easy in setting parameters and strong robustness. Fuzzy PID controller combines with closed-loop optimal fuzzy reasoning (COFR), which can effectively improve the robustness, when the robustness is special requirement. The algorithm uses steady-state genetic algorithm (GA) for the global search and C-Means algorithm for the local improvement. As compared with the usual MA using the generational GA for global search, the proposed MA effectively reduces the computational time for VQ training. In addition, it attains near global optimal solution, and its performance is insensitive to the selection of initial codewords. In order to solve this problem, we make analysis and research in terms of the physical and chemical effect resulted by sport, with the diet coordination regulating. The sport can decrease absorption of calory, and can improve the metabolization of carbohydrate, fat, protein, vitamin and microelement. The process of matching in sequence alignment is generally finding longest common subsequences (LCS). However, finding a longest common subsequence may not be the best solution. This paper attempts to provide a fuzzy approach to multiple sequences alignment (MSA). It is attempted to improve the speed and flexibility of sequences identification. This algorithm is a hybrid algorithm for MSA. The algorithm involves Dynamic Programming (DP) technique to align sequences progressively. Fuzzy logic is used to increase the flexibility.
