Steblyna","doi":"10.21564/2663-5704.52.249952","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21564/2663-5704.52.249952","url":null,"abstract":"The criteria for political discourses differentiation in the states of transitional (Ukraine) and authoritative (Russia) regimes are proposed in the paper. Material for the research is telegram-channels of the states’ leading mass media (posts for Autumn 2021). In the political discourses different activity of political actors and different approach for the actors selection is defined. Formal analysis of political content has shown that political actors in Ukraine are much more active, they are constantly present in the news, generate content for new media etc. Instead, in Russia such a situation is not observed. Analysis of the list of the most popular political actors also showed that there is a significant difference in the presence of the presidents: Zelensky appeared in Ukrainian channels in 8.9-38.8% of posts, Putin in Russian - in 2.3 -5.5% of posts. The affiliation of political actors also differed. In Ukraine domestic politicians dominated, while pro-Kremlin channels gave preference to foreign ones, which may indicate constant attempts to divert subscribers' attention to external threats. V. Zelenskyyʼs political discourse is mainly determined by the strategy for increase and the strategy of theatricality. The strategy for increase is used to create a positive mental space around oneself and oneʼs political force, so it is implemented through the tactics of analysis-“plus”, which involves analyzing the political situation without explicit approval of oneʼs contribution, with gratitude to ordinary citizens. The strategy of theatricality is realized through the tactics of cooperation, which explains the intention to identify with the people. Techniques here are the use of vocatives-ethnonyms and the inclusive pronoun “we”, which participate in the construction of “we-discourse” and “the communitization of responsibility”; reduced everyday communication in the format of storytelling; translingual speech practice. The tactics of irony is manifested in the use of irony against political opponents in order to self-position and create a “manipulative discourse of the positive”. The article reveals the action of the mechanism of aggressive anti-Ukrainian propaganda, conducted since 2014 on all Russian TV channels and retransmitted to the occupied Ukrainian territories, which, through outright lies and a demonstration of disdain for the leaders of the Ukrainian state, undermines their legitimacy in the eyes of the population of these territories, forms an inadequate attitude in the minds of children. to reality, destroys national identity. \u0000It is emphasized that the return by Ukraine of control over the temporarily occupied territories is not a short-term prospect, but requires the development of a long-term strategy for the reintegration of these territories. Насилля, незважаючи на зміну його форм та інструментальне призначення, незмінно супроводжує всі явища і процеси упродовж всієї історії людської цивілізації. Легітимація права окремих людей або соціальних груп посягати на здоров'я, свободу та інші цінності людського життя в усі часи надзвичайно дорого обходилось людству. Однак ціна насилля  у добу стрімкого розвитку науки, техніки і технологій надзвичайно зростає. Проблема приватизованого насилля є однією з визначальних характеристик глобалізованого світу. Тим самим актуалізується наукова концептуалізація цієї проблематики, пов’язаної з політологічним аналізом сутності насилля загалом, і приватизованого зокрема, змістом і видами його прояву в сучасному світі. Аналіз останніх досліджень і  публікацій . У науковій літературі проблема насилля досліджується як у предметному полі політичної науки (Дж. Агамбен, Ф. фон Гаєк, К. Шлегель, А. Дмитрієв, І. Залисін, С. Кузіна), так і у взаємозв’язку з філософськими (Ж. Дерріда, С. Жижек, М. Штаудіґл), психологічними (Ф. Фанон), етичними (Л. Свендсен), мас-медійними (Г. Енценсбергер), культурологічними (В. Софський) та іншими науковими розвідками. Дослідниками були проаналізовані структурне насилля у контексті соціальної справедливості; виправдання державної монополії на насилля та використання конкретних засобів соціальних змін; виявлення різних форм насилля з акцентом на проблемі індивідуального; осмислення масштабності насилля. Різноманітні концептуальні інтерпретації проблеми насилля у політологічному аспекті зустрічаємо у працях й вітчизняних науковців В. Бебика, Д. Бойка, C. Головатого, Є. Головахи, В. Горбатенка, М. Михальченка, В. Кравченка, В. Кременя, В. Остроухова, О. Панфілова, О. Полторакова, О. Рудакевича, Ф. Рудича, В. Слюсаря, В. Ткаченка, М. Требіна, В. Целуйка, М. Шульги та ін. У той же час проблема насилля, насамперед приватизованого, залишається однією з найбільш дискусійних і малодосліджених у суспільствознавстві. Метою статті є дослідження на основі аналізу історичного досвіду і сучасної практики соціальної природі та причин посилення приватизованих форм насилля, чинників і механізмів його здійснення в сучасному світі. Виклад основного матеріалу дослідження з обґгрунтуванням отриманих наукових результатів. Концептуалізовано поняття «приватизоване насилля» у контексті теоретичних і загальнокультурних досліджень насилля, що дозволило виокремити його із загального понятійного ряду «соціальне насилля» і визначити як об’єктивний чинник суспільного розвитку, а також систематизувати його за різними підставами. Констатовано, що у проявах насилля й агресії виявляється значення біологічних і психологічних якостей, але визначальним є соціальний фактор.
