Innovation of learning methods is a challenge for teachers to improve the quality of student competencies. The research objective is the Primary Survey critical nursing competency with the method of journal sharing of critical care (JSCC) approach to nursing professional students. Methods: The research design is descriptive analytic. The study population was all professional students in 2020. The research sample was professional students in 2020 using total sampling. The size of the study sample was 39 respondents with the inclusion of students who had completed the medical surgical nursing profession and followed the critical nursing profession to completion. Primary Survey independent variable. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using data frequency distribution. Results: Showed that the most respondents had primary survey critical nursing competency values obtained good value on the airway assessment of 53.8 respondents, breathing assessment of 56.4% of respondents, Circulation assessment of 61.5% of respondents, Disability assessment of 56.4 % of respondents, and Exprosure Assessment by 59% of respondents. Conclusion: The implementation of learning methods for journal sharing of critical care has a positive impact on student competencies to carry out primary survey assessments and produce good student competencies. Research seeks to find new approaches to improve the quality of maternal behavior in providing nutrition to babies. Purpose of this study is to know the effectiveness of Interproffesional Collaboration. Methods: The study was conducted in Karanganom Klaten, Central Java, March-August 2019. This study was an experimental study with a quasi-experimental design on 90 respondents who had babies less than 2 years. The treatment is in the form of an Interproffesional Collaboration program (doctors, nurses, midwives, nutritionists, and sanitarians) which provide health promotion programs according to their respective professions for 3 months. The research instrument was a cognitive test, a questionnaire, and a of infants under two years of ageantrompomary examination sheet. Data were analyzed using Dependent t-test. Results: The mean value of knowledge about stunting increased from 31.44 to 80.22 (p = 0.001), knowledge about how to give nutrition to of infants under two years of age increased from 48.81 to 70.74 (p = 0.001), the attitude towards stunting changed from 9.68 to 16.52 (p = 0.001), and the behavior of providing nutrition was also getting better from 76.53 to 87.73 (p = 0.001). The results of the Dependent Paired t-test p = 0.001, proved that the Interproffesional Collaboration program (nurses, doctors, midwives, nutrition, and sanitarians) was effective in increasing the knowledge, attitudes and behavior of residents in preventing the risk of stunting. In stabile condition of pregnant patients, telemedicine implementation will be beneficial to reduce the COVID-19 transmission risk. The problems are not all patients can implement telemedicine and the reimbursement procedure was hard. The aim of this paper is to describe about challenges in telemedicine implementation for pregnancy care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: this paper is a literature review, Literature was identified from the archives of PubMed, Scopus, and Elsevier. All the literature was published in 2020. The inclusion criteria were the literature should be peer-reviewed and related to the topic of the paper. Keywords were challenges, COVID-19, opportunities, pregnancy, and telemedicine. Results: from 18 articles in this literature review, it was found that challenges in telemedicine are reimbursement, infrastructure, confidentiality, and unfamiliarity for the pregnant patients. Conclusion: Telemedicine can be used for pregnant patient control consultation during the stable condition to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission. The implication of this paper is to give insight that telemedicine can be done for stable pregnancy condition to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission during the pandemic. The success rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the World is only (38%), Indonesia (65.1%), Central Java (78.5%) and the working area of Sibela Local Government Clinic of Surakarta (85.4%). Maternal's knowledge level is part of the determinants of success rates in exclusive breastfeeding. Health education is efforts used to increase maternal knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: This research is Pre Experiment with One Group Pre-Post Test. The methode of collecting of data is accidental sampling with questionnaire who containing 20 questions. The comparative hypothesis test used Wilcoxon test. Results: from 42 respondents, 22 (52.4%) had high school education, 21 (50%) were housewives, 24 (57.1%) according to the range of early adulthood (26-35 years) and 31 (73.8%) had got education about exclusive breastfeeding from health workers. The comparative hypothesis test results show a significance 0,00 (p value <0.05). But the effort has not succeeded that looks still high head injury rate so that it enters in 10 diseases most in Surakarta. Police records, motorcycle accidents in the Surakarta region ranks the highest compared to five other Central Java areas which tend to increase. An effort to reduce the risk of head injury is to increase knowledge about head injury. Especially in the vocational school students who use motorcycles for their groups at high risk of accidents and head injuries. The study wanted to see the effect of watching videos on knowledge and compliance using helmets of motorcycling students in Surakarta. Method: The design of this study was quasi experiment using pre-post test approach on population of vocational students in Surakarta with 343 samples using a knowledge questionnaire observation and compliance observation sheets using a helmet. Research data were analyzed using Chi Square Test. Result: The results showed that there was a significant difference in knowledge of vocational students about head injuries before and after watching video. As for the helmet there are significant differences. Many weaknesses in this documentation model, so it needs to be innovated by using electronic-based nursing documentation. Problems that occur in RS X in the development of electronic-based nursing documentation are the factors of leadership, factors of means and factors of follow-up development of electronic nursing documentation. Method: In solving this problem, it is recommended to use Lewin's theory of change which consists of three phases: unfreezing, moving, and refreezing. Result: Stages of unfreezing: conducting evidence-based and literature review studies on the importance of electronic documentation, and brainstorming with the nurse actors change Phase Moving implementing the stages of implementation of electronic documentation development using the principles of 5 management functions namely planning, organizing, staffing, leading and controlling. Refreezing stages: provide supervisors, make Decree of Director and Standard of Operational Procedure about implementation of electronic-based nursing documentationin X Hospital Depok. One of its complications is body temperature instability, and to maintain it, the infants are exposed to the Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) method. The objective of this research is to investigate the one-hour KMC implementation on the body temperature of low birth weight infants at the Perinatology Room of Pandan Arang Local General Hospital of Boyolali. Method: This research used the quasi experimental method. It was conducted from October to November 2016. Its samples consisted of 22 infants and were determined through the accidental sampling technique. Its data were analyzed by using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. Result: The result of the research shows that the average body temperatures prior to and following the implementation of one-hour KMC in Days 1, 2, and 3 were 36.660C and 37.070C. There was an effect of the implementation of one-hour KMC on the body temperature of low birth weight infants as indicated by the p-value which was less than 0.05.
