Using a sample of 100 respondents selected with the Slovin formula, data were analyzed through multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that brand image, lifestyle, and advertising significantly impact purchase decisions. A positive relationship exists between brand image and purchase decisions, indicating that a stronger brand image leads to higher purchase decisions. Similarly, lifestyle positively affects purchase decisions, suggesting that a higher lifestyle corresponds to increased purchase decisions. The purpose of this research is to examine how the work environment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) influence the productivity of staff members in the HR operational department of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Associative quantitative research methodology was used in this research. The population of this study consisted of 45 respondents who worked in the HR Operations Department of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The research results show that at an influence level of 65.3%, the variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Work Environment, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) simultaneously influence employee work effectiveness. A comparative study was carried out on interest limitation rule in Indonesia and Malaysia using a black-letter approach. Furthermore, interviews and confirmation with relevant sources were also carried out. The study's findings demonstrate that it is appropriate to apply interest limitations that do not just apply to multinational corporations. However, Indonesia should use a limitation method based on a specified benchmark fixed ratio of net interest compared to EBITDA. Indonesia can also apply de minimis threshold to exclude the rule of limiting interest for taxpayers with low risk. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses purposive sampling techniques. From the research results, the implementation of halal certification in MSMEs at Rambak cracker centers is quite good. Having a halal certificate on a product shows the business actor's seriousness in complying with halal standards. The research results can detail the extent to which halal certification and support from the Department of Cooperatives and MSMEs can motivate MSMEs to develop their businesses. The purpose of this research is to see the influence of Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Knowledge Management on Job Performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan HR Operational Section. In quantitative research methodology, an associative approach is used in this research. The research sample consisted of 45 respondents from PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan HR Operational Section. The purpose of this study was to improve purchasing decisions with brand equity and price perceptions through the mediating role of social media interactions on MS Glow skincare products. The population in this study were all MS Glow skincare users, using accidental sampling as a sampling technique, namely 150 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis used is path analysis with the help of SmartPLS 3.3. The review identified 20  relevant studies published between 2012 and 2023, which were analyzed using a thematic approach. Thematic analysis is a useful method for identifying and analyzing themes and patterns in qualitative data related to souvenirs and tourism. The findings suggest that souvenir serve as important symbols of identity and culture, promoting cultural exchange and understanding between different groups of people, and contributing to the preservation and promotion of local heritage and traditions. The sample selection method uses a purposive sampling technique for food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. (IDX) 2019-2021. The sample for this study was 33 with a total of 11 food and beverage companies observed during 2019–2021. This type of research data uses a quantitative approach and secondary data sources taken from www.idx.com with descriptive data analysis techniques, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), T test and F test using SPSS 25. With that, researchers are expected to be able to analyze the effect of quality of work life, kaizen culture and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Data analysis in this study used a questionnaire method compiled with a Likert scale and then calculated using the path analysis data processing method.
