The aims of this activity were sharing knowledge and giving training on cheap and economical nutrient-laden food in order to improve family nutrition and to help society to do entrepreneurship. Team from department of chemistry UNP in particular gave material on the benefits of Moringa and the production of its use. The activity began with material presentation by the speakers, followed by practice. Pre and post knowledge of participant on content, benefits, and maximum use of Moringa leaves for food were analyzed. Data collected through questionnaires and observation showed that participant agreed to the use of Moringa leaves. Business opportunities of Moringa leaves processes are promising because resources required are small; tools to process Moringa are available; there is market target that supports the business; and business competition of Moringa leaves is quite low. Participant knows the basis for good processing of Moringa leaves. The purpose of PKM PPUPIK Mooghurt: to find out the marketing capability of the KWU HMJ Biology FMIPA UNP unit team and offer solutions to their problems. The marketing ability of the PPUPIK Mooghurt team in general has not been satisfactory, so solutions are given to carry out training and socialize mooghurt products to the public. As assessment to the teacher, the devotee gave pretest in the first meeting and post test at the end of workshop. It item consist of lesson study concept, probability function, binomial and normal distribution. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAN 1 Kota Bukittinggi selama 2 hari dengan jumlah peserta 13 orang guru kimia. Dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan ini dilakukan 4 metode. Pertama, metode ceramah ketika penyampaian materi; kedua, metode tanya jawab; ketiga, praktik pelaksanaan didampingi oleh tim ahli; keempat, diskusi untuk mengidentifikasi keberhasilan peserta. Sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan peserta diberikan angket mengenai keperluan peserta terhadap materi serta pemahaman peserta terhadap materi. Dalam kegiatan ini peserta dapat mengetahui permasalahan dikelas dan juga cara penelusuran artikel PTK secara online, metode dan Teknik penulisan artikel hasil PTK, teknik submit artikel hasil PTK kepada jurnal Nasional, serta penggunaan program Mendeley untuk mempermudah penulisan sitasi dan daftar pustaka pada artikel. Hasil pemahaman peserta sebelum penyampain materi dengan setelah penyampaian materi mengalami kenaikan yang signifikan yang ditandai dengan kenaikan jumlah pesrta yang paham. As for Sunua's diversity, many young people drop out of school and do not have permanent jobs. This activity aims to provide training in the manufacture of aquaponic systems that combine freshwater fish cultivation with vegetable cultivation simultaneously. Partners will be given training on how to use freshwater aquaculture pond water to grow vegetables. Pool water will be flowed in the pipes where the vegetable seeds are grown. Pond water becomes fertilizer and nutrition for vegetables. Water that has passed through vegetables in the next pipe will be flowed back into the pond. This aquaponic cultivation pattern is very beneficial because it can produce vegetables and fish simultaneously in one activity. This can be a new type of business for partner groups that have not. This community service activity aimed at train and improve the professionalism of chemistry teachers through CAR activities. The method was conducted with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and workshops on proposal preparation, literature searching, CAR implementation, report, and CAR research articles preparation. The number of participants is 34 who are the members of MGMP Kimia Kabupaten Tanah Datar. There were six meetings with the total time was 36 hours in July-December 2019. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using the percentage and equation techniques of Kappa Cohen's. Based on the results, of the 34 participants, 15 CAR titles were obtained, 11 CAR titles were carried out, 8 CAR reports were produced, and 4 CAR articles were drafted. Based on the teacher's questionnaire responses, the kappa moment average value was 0.86 which categorized as very high. This data showed that the classroom action training activities provided can improve the professionalism of chemistry teachers in preparing proposals, implementing, drafting reports and articles. Education should be able to prepare students to have 21st century skills to be successful in their life. In addition, the geographical condition of Indonesia is a disaster-prone region. For this reason, teaching should be able to develop student literacy to face the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0 and the geographical condition of the Indonesian region. The thematic science teaching is relevant to 21st century skills, essential principles of 21st century learning, and the geographical condition of Indonesia. But the real conditions show that the integration of literacy in science teaching is still lacking and limited. A solution to solve this problem is the assistance program the development of thematic learning material by integrating new literacy and disaster literacy for science teachers in junior high school. The objective of the research is to investigate the results of the assistance program the development of thematic learning material. Participants of program assistance were 30 science teachers who were members of the Science MGMP in East Agam district. The instrument for collecting data consisted of pretest and posttest and questionnaire sheet. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis and wilcoxon signed rank test. One of the obstacles faced by schools in Pesisir Selatan district is the lack of adequate resources because problems in NSO require in-depth mastery of the material. Based on the results of the analysis of pretest and posttest in general the value of MGMP Chemistry teachers in Kab. Pesisir Selatan in general increased with an average value of 38.1.
