This is supported by the existence of 3 main gates for the entry and exit of goods and services on the mainland of Flores, all of which lead to the city center, causing social and economic impacts, namely the emergence of a tendency for people with very high consumerism characteristics and the need for space for economic activity. This study aims to examine the shopping area as a representative and identified area that can accommodate the economic activities of the people in Maumere City. The research method used is based on qualitative descriptive, namely examining the socio-culture of the community with various economic activities that trigger the growth of the commercial sector with its supporting facilities. The combination of qualitative and quantitative data can assist in conducting descriptive analysis. The results show that the shopping area of Maumere City requires the support of commercial buildings that meet the standards as a forum for economic activity with a modern, cultured image so that it can answer these economic and socio-cultural needs. This study aims to determine the amount of potential loss in terms of the aspect of selling livestock after the eruption of Mount Agung, in the Pempatan Village. The method used in this research is a comprehensive observation and survey method to record the number of livestock in the study area, and is carried out through an appraisal process based on the average selling price approach within a certain period of time. The results showed, Dusun (sub-village) Teges has the highest potential loss when a disaster occurs, with an estimated potential loss of nearly 3 billion rupiah per year. One of the areas that identified as having influence activities from the business and tourism area in Makassar City was North Galesong District.  The area was located in the north and was approximately 27 kilometers from the capital of Takalar Regency. North Galesong District was one of the connecting routes to Akkarena Beach which was an alternative route for people from and headed to Makassar City. This study was aim to determine the relationship between the development of integrated business and tourism area in Makassar City and the coastal area in North Galesong District. Correlation analysis test was used to determine the effect of the development program. The pond, the number of fisherman, trade services and facilities, as well as road infrastructure were used as  parameter. This study showed that the relationship between trade facilities and services and road infrastructure gave a positive contribution. Management of Borobudur temple with excessive business systems resulted in prosperity or poverty problems experienced by the people in the villages around Borobudur. \u0000In relation with the determination of the development potential model  for tourism, then this study adopts the dynamics of tourism development proposed by Miossec (Pearce 1989). Evolutionary model is based on four factors that may affect the development, namely; (1) resort; (2) transport; (3) tourist behavior; (4) attitudes of decision makers and population of receiving region. Factors that affect the “resort aspects” are the existence of recreation facilities and geographical location in the plains. Factors that affect the “transport aspects” are the existence of many modes of transportation and impassable by public transport routes. Factors that affect the “tourist behavior aspect” are the charter travelers type and leisure travelers type. From history, we can see, many forms of archipelagoarchitecture has since opened up to the influence of the outer culture that comes in. The cities of Lasem, Tuban and Gresikin the North Coast in the Eastern part of Java Island are the cities that became the starting point of entry of foreigntraders. So do not be surprised if the shape of the architecture of the North Coast area in the eastern part of Java isheavily influenced by Chinese, Arabic, and Colonial cultural values. This is reinforced by historical data about the entryof 13th century Chinese culture, Arabic in the fifteenth century and the Dutch (VOC) in the 17th century. The entry ofChinese, Arab, and Dutch Culture to Indonesia in the glorious period of the Majapahit Kingdom gave a touch of changeand continuity in various cultural activities. Traces of relations between these cultures that eventually create a form ofacculturation of architecture that appears from the shape and meaning of existing buildings in the area of the North Coastin the Eastern part of Java Island. Each village has its own characteristics.Like those found in Bali Aga Belandingan Village, located in the Kintamani Mountains, Bangli. Its location in themountains with steep topography influences its village settlement pattern so that the settlement pattern is different fromother Balinese aga mountain villages both in the Kintamani region itself and when compared to the Balinese agamountain villages in other districts such as Tigawasa or Sembiran. At present there is very little information aboutBelandingan village. Its status as 15 villages supporting the Geopark makes the community want to make BelandinganVillage a Tourism Village. Without documentation accompanied by feares that planning will eliminate the uniqueness ofBelandingan village as Bali Aga Village. Changes in the pattern of village space have occurred. Important searches arecarried out to understand the current context of spatial patterns for future planning. The method used in finding changesin spatial patterns is by tracing the history of the village which is then evaluated for changes that occur so that it can beseen whether these changes have damaged the traditional village structure of Bali Aga or have no effect on the patternof village space. KotaDenpasar dengan pemanfaatan ruang yang cukup beragam sejatinya banyak memiliki ruang-ruang publik yang belumterpikirkan dan dapat dimanfaatkan fungsinya sebagai wadah aktivitas kreatif warga kotannya. Bale banjar merupakansalah satu ruang publik yang dimiliki di Kota Denpasar selain ruang publik berupa ruang terbuka hijau yang dapatdimanfaatan sebagai wadah aktivitas kreatif warga Kota Denpasar khususnya anak-anak muda. Dilihat dari fenomenayang sudah dijabarkan sebelumnya, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi lebih mendalam mengenai sejauh manaruang di bale banjar bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai ruang kreativitas dan apa saja bentuk kreativitas yang dapat ditampungdi bale banjar serta bagaimana arah pengembangan pemanfaatan ruang di bale banjar sebagai ruang kreatif anak-anakmuda di Kota Denpasar, dan nantinya dapat dilihat juga sejauh mana peranan Banjar sebagai ruang kreativitas dalammenunjang Kota Kreatif di Kota Denpasar. Cakupan amatan penelitian ini nantinya akan difokuskan di beberapa titiktitik \u0000kawasaan yang mencakupi beberapa bale banjar yang mengalami fenomena pemanfaatan fungsi ruang banjarsebagai ruang kreativitas sesuai dengan spasial tata guna lahan di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan metode delphi, dengan mengambil beberapa titik-titikbale banjar yang mencakupi beberapa kawasan berdsarkan spasial tata guna lahan di Kota Denpasar. Teknik analisisdeskriptif kualitatif dan analisis metode delphi dimana pada prinsipnya metode delphi merupakan teknik peramalanintuitif yang digunakan untuk mencapai suatu konsesus dari suatu kelompok ahli (expert). Berdasarkan hasil penelitianditemukan bahwa (1), Dari 9 (sembilan) titik bale banjar yang diteliti menunjukan bahwa keberagaman aktivitas/kegiatan kreatif anak muda sangat beragam hal ini dikarenekan oleh pemanfaatan lahan dan pengaruh aktivitasdilingkungan sekitar kawasan bale banjar, seperti ; Bale banjar di kawasan permukiman, Bale banjar di KawasanPariwisata, Bale banjar di Kawasan Perdagangan Jasa dan Pemerintahan /Perkantoran. Elemen fisik rancang kota cenderung bersifat ragawi (tangible) dan elemen aktivitascenderung bersiat non-ragawi (intangible) Kawasan Jalan Gajah Mada di Denpasar merupakan kawasan pusat kota yang padat dalam kapasitas penghunidan pengguna jalan. Sehingga menimbulkan berbagai masalah berupa kemacetan dan tingkat polusi yang tinggi.Ditambah dengan kurang tertatanya tata hijau dalam kawasan dan peraturan bangunan setempat yang dilanggar.Sehingga ruang jalan dalam kawasan perlu dihijaukan karena fungsi ruang jalan sangat vital dan tidak dapat berubahmaka penataan tata hijau perlu ditinjau kembali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menemukan pengaruh elemen fisik terhadap elemen aktivitaspada “kehidupan” fungsi kawasan Jalan Gajah Mada Denpasar serta memberikan arahan penataan pada elemen fisikdan aktivitas yang dapat menghidupkan kawasan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan rasionalistik dengan data yang diolah secara kualitatif. Data berupaliteratur dan peta dikumpulkan untuk melihat tanda-tanda dan temuan di lapangan. Kemudian menyusun konsepsualisasiteoritik berdasarkan teori-¬teori yang ada dari variabel penelitian.Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan proses MetodeAnalisa deduksi yaitu usaha menjelaskan atau meramalkan tentang adanya fakta/ kejadian di lokasi penelitian menurutlandasan teori yang sudah diperoleh. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada penggal amatan pertama dan ketiga sudah memiliki tata vegetasiyang baik pada sisi sebelah timur, terlihat dari jenis, fungsi, tajuk dan ketinggian, serta ketersediaan lahan yang baikserta memenuhi peraturan bangunan setempat. This iscaused by the rapid development of tourism in the Sarbagita coastal region, which can eliminate a large portion ofproductive agricultural land. This study specifically examines the probability value of land cover change, especially fromnon-built up area to built up area, in the Sarbagita coastal area until 2030. Calculation of the probability of land coverchange is done through fuzzy set logic which is assessed based on 1 main parameter, namely tourist location and 2supporting parameters, namely accessibility and service facilities, and also limiting factors. The value of the fuzzymembership is taken from Landsat images from 1995 to 2015. The results show the probability of changes in land coverhas values from 0 (very low) to 0.97 (very high). This means that there is no one land that must change (value 1) fromnon-built land to being built.
