Malang Regency has the potential as a tourist destination on a regional and even international scale, one area that has great potential is Lawang District. The high potential for the attractiveness of tourist objects in the Lawang sub-district should be optimized and preserved. Due to the many types of tourism, it is necessary to classify/cluster the types of tourism, clustering is one step that aims to divide tourist destinations (DTW) into multiple areas of development. The development of tourism potential in Lawang District can also be done by connecting the tourist areas to become a tourist route for Lawang District, which is important in increasing the tourism development of Lawang District. Data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Sampling was carried out using the quota sampling method. The data analysis methods are qualitative descriptive, cluster analysis, and accessibility. Qualitative descriptive methods describe the potential, problems, and distribution of tourist objects, which will serve as a direction for developing and clustering concepts, as well as accessibility methods for grouping tourist objects and determining tourist routes. In a city, the government needs to provide at least 30% of the city's area as open space. The Taman Berlabuh is one of the public open spaces provided by the Government of Tarakan City as an effort to respond it. Even though it has been built since 2016, the Taman Berlabuh was allegedly lacking management, thus some of the facilities damage and affecting its use. This study attempts to assess the level of effectiveness of using the Taman Berlabuh as a public open space in Tarakan City. The research used data collection techniques in the form of field surveys, interviews, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was a simple random sampling of 100 park visitors. The analysis was conducted by using descriptive quantitative analysis through the scoring method. The research reveals that from the average of the three variables analyzed, i.e. the accessibility, facilities, and functions of Taman Berlabuh as a public space, the Taman Berlabuh is categorized as quite effective. The Taman Berlabuh provides multi-functions of open public space, they are as play, leisure and culinary facilities. The function of the Taman Berlabuh as a public open space has been optimal. Marsh space is the most targeted percentage of the community's habitable area beside the riverbank area. The reality of changing the utilization of swamp space from swamp farmland to residential areas makes swamp space in Banjarmasin City begin to decrease and tend to be blocked by the development of urban infrastructure. The issues raised in this study are why and how the transformation of swamp space in Banjarmasin is seen from the use of space. The purpose of this study is to find a pattern of changes in swamp space so that it can be carried out in anticipation of development, especially in the lens of sustainable development and mitigation against disasters in swamp areas. The results of this study explain that there are two general patterns in the utilization of swamps, namely the management of swamps into solid soil as a whole and swamp subsidence regulated by local regulations since 2012. The conclusion in this study explains that the utilization of swamp space can be done in development engineering efforts by paying attention to aspects of environmental quality and sustainability so that the pattern of changes in swamp space can be controlled and provide benefits for the city. This can be seen from the number of modern centers in KPY. The interaction between land and transportation has been accepted by researchers from various disciplines for decades. Therefore, examining the behavior of the behavior towards the center becomes one of the bases in planning urban morphology and rather the morphology influences the travel behavior of the community. This study seeks to examine the journey of people to urban centers in the Yogyakarta urban area with case studies of Mall Ambarukmo Plaza, Lippo Mall, and Jogja City Mall. The research method used is cross classification with variables consisting of the profile of the traveler and behavior. Based on the analysis, it can be neglected that the profile of the traveler to the modern mall center (gender, age, education level, occupation, income and place of residence (domicile) has no relationship to his travel behavior (frequency, intention, time) in KPY.
