{"title":"―日々に新たに進化する泡対策―","authors":"Yoshitaka Sakuraba","doi":"10.2524/jtappij.77.912","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2524/jtappij.77.912","url":null,"abstract":"泡の制御は製紙工程中の問題を解決する上で極めて重要な事である。近年,新型コロナウィルスの影響による原料供給の大幅な混乱,インフレによる原料高騰,環境への配慮を目的とした各種規制による原料の使用制限などが重なり,各薬品メーカーを取り巻く環境も大きく変化している。KP工程においては,蒸解後の洗浄工程の発泡対策としてシリコーンエマルション系消泡剤が使用されている。シリコーン系消泡剤においても従来のオイル系消泡剤より低減されてはいるが,樹脂酸ピッチの集積を助長する事や,シリコーン自体が紙中に残存するという問題を抱えている。弊社では,消泡成分と濾水成分を組み合わせる事で,パルプ洗浄時のサクション性を向上させ,ピッチや欠点の原因ともなり得る消泡成分を根本的に削減する試みを行っている。白水循環系においては,安価な高級アルコール分散型エマルション消泡剤(サスペンション)が広く使われてきたが,主原料である高級アルコールの急激な価格高騰が起きている。弊社では,以前より特殊な界面活性剤を用いた界面活性剤分散型のエマルション消泡剤の製剤化に取り組んできた。今後もその特徴を生かしつつ,高級アルコール分散型の長所に近づけるべく製品開発を実施していく。また,食品包装類に使用する紙は安全性の面から,製造工程で使用する薬品においてもFDA等に準拠する原料を用いた成分で構成される事が望まれている。弊社でもその登録化合物中の有用な成分を組み合わせ,最適な消泡剤の開発に取り組んでいる。本稿では,この急激な世界情勢の中でも,永続的に取り組んできた泡対策に関連する最新の動向について報告する。","PeriodicalId":14796,"journal":{"name":"Japan Tappi Journal","volume":"26 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135266954","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
