Nowadays, banks are developing their financial reserves by providing different kinds of loans to people who are in need. At the same time, there is also a massive increase in the count of individuals requesting loans. However, banks cannot provide loans for everyone as there are only limited reserves associated with each of them. So, banks must follow some stringent verification process to approve the loan, because if the one who got his/her loan approved failed to pay back his loan it may have a direct impact on the financial reserves of the bank and also onto the banking sector. So, banks started to provide loans only for a limited set of people who are capable of repaying their loans. But finding out who is eligible for the loan is a much typical and risky process. In this project, we will develop a model to predict who is eligible for a loan in order to reduce the risk associated with the decision process and to modify the typical loan approval process into a much easier one. Moreover, we will make use of previous data of loan decisions made by the company and with the help of various data mining techniques, we will develop a loan approval decision predicting model which can draw decisions for each individual based on the information provided by them. We will use a machine-learning-based KNN, Decision-tree, Naïve Bayes algorithms to train the model. The emergence of computational Grids and the potential for seamless aggregation and interactions between distributed services and resources, has led to the start of new era of computing. Tremendously large number and the heterogeneous nature of Grid Computing resource make the resource management a significantly challenging job. Resource management scenarios often include resource discovery, resource monitoring, resource inventories, resource provisioning, fault isolation, variety of autonomic capabilities and service level management activities. Out of this fault tolerance has become the main topic of research as till date there is no single system that can be called as the complete system that will handle all the faults in grids. Checkpointing is one of the fault-tolerant techniques to restore faults and to restart job fast. The algorithms for checkpointing on distributed systems have been under study for years. These algorithms can be classified into three classes: coordinated, uncoordinated and communication-induced algorithms. In this paper, a checkpointing algorithm that has minimum checkpointing counts equivalent to periodic checkpointing algorithm has been proposed. For relatively short rollback distance at faulty situations and produces better performance rather than other algorithms in terms of task completion time, in both fault-free and faulty situations. The places can be chosen by the tourist himself/herself. This problem is based on the Travelling Sales-man Problem. This report gives a solution to find an optimum route for tourist using Evolu-tionary Algorithms (EA) technique to reduce the localization of the solution thereby giving more accurate result than the nonlinear approach. For the project, 49 different places were selected and by using the user defined function in google script, the distance among they were calculated. The problem was solved in excel spreadsheet and solver was used to find the optimum result i.e. shortest possible for the tourist out of (n-1)! Ways between n numbers of places. This project help to save the time and money of the tourist by selecting the optimum route.
