The patients then underwent a conversion from reverse shoulder arthroplasty to hemiarthroplasty, while using a distal radius allograft to augment the deformed glenoid. The patient with Ewing sarcoma was previously managed with wide surgical excision and fibular graft reconstruction and subsequently experienced significant graft resorption, hardware failure, and fracture 24 months after operation. A revision limb salvage attempt was undertaken. The fracture propagated through both tibial SA anchor sites. Following intramedullary tibial nailing, he returned to his prior level of function.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>While complications of SA for ligamentous procedures are rare, these techniques are being implemented more frequently and the full complication profile is yet to be determined. Radiographs demonstrated a deformed scaphoid implant, carpal and distal radius cysts, and mild carpal collapse. He elected to undergo a wrist arthrodesis with a dorsal fusion plate after failing conservative management.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Although carpal bone silicone implant arthroplasties of the wrist have long been abandoned, our patient was pain free and fully functional for 3 decades. We report a case of a 10-month-old boy who presented with a nontraumatic pseudoaneurysm of the deep palmar arch, likely of congenital etiology. Magnetic resonance imaging and angiography identified the growing left hand palmar mass. Surgical excision without the need for vascular reconstruction was performed successfully with no recurrence or complications at 1-year follow-up.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Surgical excision is an effective treatment for large or symptomatic palmar pseudoaneurysms of likely congenital origin. Single-stage fusion takedown and conversion to total hip arthroplasty (THA) was performed using augmented reality navigation. At 1 year, the patient was pain free with improved function. Following failed conservative treatment, the decision was made to surgically repair the lateral collateral ligament complex and stabilize the elbow with the internal joint stabilizer (IJS). Intraoperatively, there was a unique cause of internal compression by a rare superficial radial artery variant running adjacent to it. The nerve was mobilized from the artery with fascial releases. The patient had symptom resolution postoperatively.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>To our knowledge, this cause of compression has not been described before and should be considered in a differential diagnosis.
