We have observed that these types of ignorance led to financial loss, black mailing etc. We have also observed that people are reluctant to complain to the concerned authority. Cybercrime is increasing rapidly, and innocent people are being victim. The power 456 Software has been used for comparison purpose. The performance of the converter in case of P&O is found satisfactory. The stress on the component is low in case of P&O. The circuit is able to run on the 80 percent duty cycle. The DC-DC efficiency is 90.7 %. The efficiency of input filter is 89.9% has been recorded. Which is higher than the CVC method. The overall performance is found satisfactory. A Health Chatbot is essentially an integral part of E-Health. It is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) program capable of establishing a smart communication with the user via auditory or textural methods regarding healthcare issues. These chatbots can be utilized for providing preliminary diagnosis, as a consequence of which the current human workforce crisis in the medical field may also be significantly reduced. This paper presents a survey of various characteristics of chatbots and their existing applications in healthcare. It also includes a systematic review of existing research on related domains and attempts to outline the essential research findings that are crucial to be addressed. It provides insight into the desirable features of a chatbot for acceptance by both the doctor and the patient. Nevertheless, this policy severely faces degradation in application-level throughput performance because of highly dissimilar characteristics (i.e., different delay and available bandwidth) of multiple network paths. In particular, the dissimilar paths’ characteristics issue will persistently cause data to be received disordered (i.e., Out-OfOrder (OOO)) and due to negligibility of this issue, serious degradation in application-level throughput performance will occur. Consequently, these mentioned issues will further create the buffer blocking problem in the system and hence degrades the performance to a greater extent. In this paper, we evaluate and present an analysis of the concurrent transmission policies’ performance over varying path characteristics. Further, the renewable energy (RE) sources are becoming more popular now a days due to limited fossil fuel and more eco-friendly. Two RE sources i.e. Solar PV and Wind energy conversion system are considered in this paper to fulfill the energy demand. The conversion efficiency of PV and wind power systems is very low due to different weather conditions. Therefore, maximum power extraction schemes are implemented to extract maximum power during different weather conditions. Two different maximum power schemes i.e. P&O for solar PV system and ANN for Wind energy have been accomplished to find maximum power from these resources. Each component of system is modeled in MTLAB/Simulink and hybrid system is developed by integrating individual model. A 15 kW PV and 15 kW WECS is designed for grid integration.
