Doping of HEAs with boron and oxygen atoms, as well as with substrate atoms has been revealed. It is shown that the multicycle modification of the HEA film is accompanied by the formation of a nanostructured multiphase layer with a thickness of 5-7 µm, containing inclusions of borides and oxides of the HEA chemical elements and the substrate. Ghyngazov","doi":"10.17223/00213411/65/11/86","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17223/00213411/65/11/86","url":null,"abstract":"In this work, the magnetization of Li0.4Fe2.4Zn0.2O4 lithium-zinc ferrite, synthesized by electron-beam heating of a mechanically activated mixture of Fe2O3-Li2CO3-ZnO initial reagents, was studied by measuring the specific saturation magnetization and the Curie temperature. Mechanical activation of the initial reagents was carried out at different times using a planetary mill and a steel set. The grinding rotation speed was 1290 and 2220 rpm. To heat the samples during the synthesis, an ILU-6 pulsed accelerator with an electron energy of 2.4 MeV was used. The synthesis temperatures were 600 and 750 °C, the synthesis time did not exceed 120 minutes. It was established that preliminary grinding of samples at 2220 rpm followed by electron beam heating at 750 °C for 120 minutes leads to the formation of the main amount of ferrite with the desired chemical formula. This is confirmed by the data on the specific saturation magnetization of 80 emu/g and the nominal value of the Curie temperature of 500 °C. The use of this mode allows to significantly reduce the ferrite synthesis temperature in comparison with traditional ceramic technology.","PeriodicalId":14647,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya vysshikh uchebnykh zavedenii. Since the barrier potential is much larger than the wave potential, plasma oscillations cannot exist in the area of this barrier. Only density modulation is preserved in electron-beams with different energies that move in the potential field of the barrier. The reflected wave is formed as a result of interference of modulated beams reflected from a potential barrier. Wave reflection is analyzed using two specific examples: reflection from linear and parabolic barriers. It is shown that if reflection occurs in a time less than the relaxation time, then regardless of the barrier profile, the reflection coefficient is equal to one. It is found that each stage is characterized by its own deformation carrier in the form of a certain dislocation substructure (DSS), the volume fraction of which has a maximum at this stage. At the same time, at the considered stage, the carrier of deformation of the previous stage gradually disappears as the degree of deformation (ε) increases, however, a carrier of deformation of the subsequent stage appears. In a certain range of values of ε, deformation carriers characteristic of the previous, considered and subsequent stages simultaneously coexist. It is shown that transitions from some types of DSS to other types occur in some intervals of values of the degree of deformation ε. It is discovered that each stage of deformation has its own DSS - carriers of deformation. The transition from stage to stage is accompanied by the formation of new deformation carriers, which is a characteristic feature of weakly stable states of the system. Naturally, the described picture is observed because the study is carried out at such a grain size, which suggests the possibility of implementing a low-stability structural-phase state of the alloy, since the grain size acts in this case as a kind of control parameter.","PeriodicalId":14647,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya vysshikh uchebnykh zavedenii. The method of high-intensity implantation by high-power density ion beams with submillisecond duration involves significant pulsed heating of the irradiated target’s near-surface layer, followed by its rapid cooling due to heat transfer into the material due to thermal conductivity and the implementation of repetitively-pulsed radiation-enhanced diffusion of atoms to depths exceeding the projective ion range. Using the numerical simulation, this work studies the dynamics of changes in temperature fields into silicon wafer under single-pulse and repetitively-pulsed exposure to submillisecond titanium ion beam with a pulsed power density in the range up to 109 W/m2. The conditions are determined under which the temperature in the ion-doped layer will correspond to the conditions of radiation-stimulated diffusion of the implanted element, and the temperature in the matrix material will not deteriorate its microstructure and properties.","PeriodicalId":14647,"journal":{"name":"Izvestiya vysshikh uchebnykh zavedenii. This work was carried out within the scope of a series of works of the SIRIUS international project. The project is aimed at studying the dynamics of aerosol accumulation in the air environment of a sealed inhabited object using methods for assessing the level of aerosol contamination used in cleanroom technology. A qualitative result of the relationship between the number concentration of the airborne particles and the relative humidity inside the sealed volume in the absence of other sources of particle generation was obtained. In the molecular optics model, expressions are obtained for the reflected field, the field in the medium, and (in the case of a layer of finite thickness) behind the medium. The physical mechanism is clarified and the condition for field amplification in the medium is obtained. An expression for the refractive index of the medium is introduced. It is shown that the possible overcoming of the diffraction limit with allowance for evanescent waves is limited. The conditions limiting the marginal improvement in the resolution of the metamaterial layer are obtained.
