The sampling method used is a census that is all patchouli oil farmers owning patchouli oil fields and refining. Data Analysis Method used is Cost Analysis.The results showed that the location of patchouli oil refining research effort by the farmers financially feasible to be developed because Value B / C ratio for patchouli oil refining business is 2.28 where the B / C 1, the average profit earned patchouli oil farmers is Rp 45,115,675 / growing season, NPV for patchouli oil refining business is Rp 41,390,526 with interest rate loan or business credit (KUR) is 9% and an initial investment of Rp 19,774,458. Methods of data collection using random methods, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression and also using some test that is test validitas, realibity test, t test and f. The purpose of this researce was to obtain data on the growth of cacao seedlings (Theobroma cacao L.) by applying rabbit cage liquid organic fertilizer and composting baglog waste with different doses. This research was carried out at the Medan Area faculty of agriculture experiment area located on the street PBSI No.1 Medan Estate. The research was conducted  from  July to  November  2018.  Using  Factorial  Randomized  Group Desing (RGD) with two replications. The first factor tested was rabbit cage liquid organic fertilizer namely U0= without POC, U1= consentration 5% (50 ml POC/liter), U2= consentration 10% (100 ml POC/liter), U3= consentration 15% (150 ml POC/liter). The second   factor is baglog waste compost which is L0= without compost baglog waste, L1= 20% baglog compost waste (600g) + 80% top soil (2.400g), L2= 40% baglog compost waste (1.200g) + 60% top soil (1.800g), L3= 60% baglog compost waste (1.800g) + 40% top soil (1.200g). The research was conducted by using the Factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK) with 2 treatment factors. The first factor was the biochar of the palm kernel shell  and The second factor was the mushroom baglog waste which. The result of this research showed that the treatment of  giving biochar to brown rice in rubber plantation had a real effect on the growth of the plant height in the age of 6 MSPT and the weight of production of sample crop and didn’t have a real effect on the production weight per plot, number of tillers, number of panicles of sample crop and the amount of 1000 grains of brown rice. The treatment of giving oyster mushroom baglog tp brown rice in rubber plantation had a real effect on the production of the rice per plot, and the production weight of sample crop and didn’t have a real effect on the growth of the number of the tillers, number of panicles of sample crops, and amount of 1000 grains of brown rice. The purpose of this research is to know the level of well-being of fishing communities Medang Deras Coal District. The sample in the study as many as 30 people who represent a population that is of traditional fishing communities in district of Medang Deras Coal District. Analysis of data obtained from research results are analyzed using a quantitative descriptive method. The data obtained through the dissemination of the questionnaire will be calculated frequencies and presentasenya is then presented in the form of a single table. Sampling is done by simple random sampling. The data analysis method used is qualitative (descriptive) and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the demand for beef at the household level in Sei Sikambing B village, the average beef consumption was 2.2 kg / month. Simultaneously the test results show that the variable beef prices, fish prices, chicken meat prices, egg prices, the level of household income, the number of family members, and taste have a real impact on the amount of beef demand at a 95% confidence level. On the price of partial fish, the price of chicken cuts, the level of household income and tastes significantly influence the demand for beef at a 95% confidence level, while the variable beef prices, egg prices, and the number of family members do not significantly influence the demand for beef meat at the level 95% confidence. From the estimation that the determination value (R2) of 67.8% variation of the seven variables can explain the amount of beef demand, while the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other variables.
