Sistem liposom dalam sediaan kosmeseutikal berguna untuk mempermudah penetrasi zat aktif sediaan ke dalam kulit, sehingga telah banyak pengembangan formulasi kosmeseutikal dengan sistem liposom. Sediaan kosmeseutikal yang paling umum digunakan dalam bentuk semi padat seperti gel dan krim. Review artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan produk kosmeseutikal yang dapat digunakan dalam sistem liposom. Implikasi review artikel ini penting untuk kosmeseutikal yang mengandung zat aktif dalam sistem liposom. Pembuatan review artikel ini menggunakan jurnal yang diakses melalui Google Scholar, NCBI, dan Science Direct yang terpublikasi dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Bentuk sediaan yang dapat digunakan sebagai kosmeseutikal dalam sistem liposom berdasarkan dari hasil pencarian beberapa jurnal dan artikel antara lain krim, gel, dan serum. Rusmini","doi":"10.22437/jisic.v14i1.17859","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22437/jisic.v14i1.17859","url":null,"abstract":"Improving Science Process Skills And Collaboration On The Lesson On Reaction Rate Using Electronic Student Worksheet Assisted With Liveworksheets Website\u0000This study aimed to assess the feasibility of the usage of electronic student worksheets assisted with liveworksheets website to improve science process skills and collaboration on the lesson on reaction rate in terms of validity, practicality, and effectivity. The present study utilized the Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation (ADDIE) development model. Data collected were through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and tests. Data analysis methods used in this study comprised both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. Qualitative analysis techniques were carried out descriptively, while quantitative analysis techniques were performed by percentage analysis, normality test (one sample Shapiro-Wilk test), paired sample t-test, and n-gain analysis. The validity test showed an average percentage of 87% with very valid criteria. The practicality test included the results of student responses according to questionnaires and observations of student activities, and the results are an average percentage of 92% and 100%, respectively, which are categorized as very good. The effectivity test comprised the results of the pretest-posttest cognitive and science process skills. The results of the n-gains are 0,46 and 0,61, respectively, with moderate criteria, while the results of questionnaires and observation of collaboration skills are an average percentage of 94% and 83%, respectively, with very good criteria. Diare disebabkan oleh Escherichia coli. Daun perepat mengandung alkaloid, fenolat, triterpenoid, flavonoid, tanin, saponin, steroid dan glikosida. Terpenoid berpotensi sebagai antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk isolasi senyawa turunan terpenoid dan uji aktivitasnya terhadap Escherichia coli. Proses isolasi dilakukan dalam 3 tahap yaitu kromatografi vakum cair, kromatografi kolom gravitasi pertama dan kromatografi kolom gravitasi kedua. Isolat F2.2.2 murni sebagai kristal putih tajam. Titik leleh isolat F2.2.2 pada 210,2-211,1 °C. Hasil spektrofotometer UV-Vis memiliki serapan maksimum pada 203 nm dan 212 nm yang menunjukkan adanya transisi elektron π→π* yang menunjukkan adanya gugus kromofor yang khas pada sistem ikatan rangkap C=C terisolasi. Hasil interpretasi data FTIR menunjukkan senyawa memiliki gugus -OH (3277,20 cm-1), -C-O (1047,39 cm-1), -C=C terisolasi (1656,92 cm-1), -C-H alifatik (2896,24 cm-1) dan gem dimetil (1463,07 cm-1 dan 1377,23 cm-1) sebagai karakteristik senyawa triterpenoid. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diduga isolat F2.2.2 merupakan senyawa turunan triterpenoid lupan yaitu Lupeol. Untuk mengetahui aktivitasnya terhadap Shigella dysenteriae  dan  Escherichia coli, maka dilakukan pengujian aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak etanol daun nanas kerang dan berbagai fraksinya terhadap kedua bakteri tersebut  serta penentuan golongan senyawa yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian dilakukan melalui ekstraksi simplisia, fraksinasi ekstrak, pengujian aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak dan fraksi, penetapan nilai KHTM dan KBM dan penentuan golongan senyawa dalam fraksi teraktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekstrak etanol daun nanas kerang memiliki aktivitas terhadap S. dysenteriae dan E. coli isolat klinik sampai konsentrasi 200 mg/mL, dengan  aktivitas terbesar terhadap E.coli isolat klinis. Fraksi air, etil asetat asam dan n-heksan dari ekstrak ini juga memiliki aktivitas terhadap S. dysenteriae dan E. coli isolat klinik sampai konsentrasi 300 mg/mL.  Pada konsentrasi yang sama, fraksi etil asetat basa hanya memiliki aktivitas terhadap E. coli isolat klinis. Fraksi etil asetat sebagai fraksi teraktif memiliki  KBM 37,5 dan 11,8 mg/mL berturut-turut  terhadap S. dysenteriae dan E. coli isolat klinis. Kurniawati","doi":"10.22437/JISIC.V13I1.12670","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.22437/JISIC.V13I1.12670","url":null,"abstract":"ABSTRACT\u0000The learning with experiment activities in the laboratory could increase students' critical thinking ability, but there were some obstacles in its implementation such as a lack of practical work tools in the laboratory.  To overcome it, it was used a learning media that could show practical work virtually.  This research aimed to know the difference in critical thinking ability between students taught by using a learning method with virtual laboratory and those who were taught by using conventional learning, and the effectiveness of learning using virtual laboratory toward student critical thinking.  The experimental method was used in this research with pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design and purposive sampling technique.  The techniques of analyzing the data were t-test to know the difference in student critical thinking and N-gain test to know the effectiveness level.  The research findings showed that there was a difference in critical thinking ability between students of experimental and control groups, the posttest mean score of critical thinking ability of the experimental group was 81.91 and the control group was 75.22, this difference could also be seen from the calculation result of t-test that the significance score 0.002 was lower than 0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted; effective learning.  It was proven by the obtained N-gain score of each student in the experimental group, 28 students were in the high N-gain category with 93.33% percentage and 2 students who were in the medium N-gain category with 6.67% percentage. ","PeriodicalId":144658,"journal":{"name":"Journal of The Indonesian Society of Integrated Chemistry","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-08-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121495049","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Against Propionibacterium acnes Clinical Isolate and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 27853 in Ointment Preparation]\u0000Infeksi bakteri pada kulit umumnya disebabkan oleh Propionibacterium acnes dan Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Tanaman trengguli (Cassia fistula L.) diketahui memiliki aktivitas antibakteri yang sangat kuat. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan formulasi sediaan salep antibakteri dari fraksi teraktif kulit batang trengguli. Evaluasi fisik dan uji aktivitas terhadap kedua bakteri uji dilakukan terhadap sediaan dengan pengujian stabilitas setelah 28 hari penyimpanan. Pengujian aktivitas antibakteri dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode difusi agar. Nilai Konsentrasi Hambat Tumbuh Minimum (KHTM) dan Konsentrasi Bunuh Minimum (KBM) ditentukan dengan metode mikrodilusi. Formula salep dibuat dengan konsentrasi fraksi teraktif 2–4 X KHTM. Karakteristik fisik dari sediaan yang diamati meliputi perubahan organoleptik, pH, dan viskositas selama penyimpanan. Profil Kromatografi Lapis Tipis dari fraksi dibandingkan antara sebelum dan setelah dibuat sediaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fraksi etil asetat sebagai fraksi teraktif memiliki KHTM dan KBM sebesar 175 dan 350 ppm untuk Propionibacterium acnes, serta 400 dan 800 ppm untuk Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Dari hasil evaluasi terhadap formula dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakteristik fisik dari sediaan salep basis hidrofob dan hidrofil tidak berubah  selama 28 hari penyimpanan. Karet Alam (KA) dapat mengurangi sifat getas plastik PP dan meningkatkan nilai jual karet rakyat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat dan mengkarakterisasi komposit Termoplastik Elastomer (TPE) KA/ PP/TKKS. Pembuatan komposit TPE dilakukan dengan metode reflux dengan rasio KA/PP bekas sebesar 50:50 (b/b) dan variasi penambahan TKKS yaitu 0 g; 9,8 g; 19,2 g; 28,4 g; 37,0 g; dan 45,4 g dengan berat total 500 g. Komposit dikarakterisasi berdasarkan uji daya serap air, uji densitas, uji kuat tarik dan analisis Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Komposit TPE yang dihasilkan berwarna cokelat. Hasil uji daya serap air menunjukkan peningkatan dengan meningkatnya jumlah TKKS dalam komposit. Hasil optimum ditunjukkan oleh sampel yang mengandung 19,2 g TKKS, dengan nilai densitas 0.856517 g/cm3 dan nilai kuat tarik 3.803 MPa. This condition requires educators to harmonize the assessment system carried out so that it is suitable and relevant to the current pandemic era. Educators should be able to find a new formula for conducting assessments that are easy, simple, but still represent the student competency. This article provides strategies for how to perform authentic assessments in online learning in the pandemic era. This research is a descriptive study that focuses on solving actual problems encountered by educators (teachers) when learning takes place online due to the pandemic. Kemampuan literasi kimia polimer mahasiswa pada materi reaksi polimerisasi merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh mahasiswa di era pendidikan saat ini. Pada saat ini hampir di semua lini kehidupan berhubungan dengan polimer. Reaksi polimerisasi adalah reaksi senyawa molekul besar berbentuk rantai atau jaringan yang tersusun dari gabungan ribuan hingga jutaan unit pembangun yang berulang. Karakteristik materi reaksi polimerisasi yang bersifat abstrak membuat mahasiswa tidak dapat melihat secara langsung proses yang terjadi pada sistem reaksi  polimerisasi.  Penjelasan  tersebut  apabila  disampaikan  secara  teori  sulit  untuk dipahami   mahasiswa. Maka, untuk materi reaksi polimerisasi diperlukan penjelasan menggunakan  multimedia  yang memiliki  representasi  kimia  khususnya multipel representasi.   Pengembangan   media   pembelajaran   reaksi   polimerisasi   (MPRP)   telah dilakukan yang mengandung multipel representasi yang dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk dapat secara mandiri mempelajari dan memahami materi reaksi polimerisasi, sehingga memberikan keleluasaan dan keluwesan bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian dilakukan di MAN 1 Muaro Bungo pada materi pelajaran kimia semester genap tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA. Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu peneltian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi sains siswa pada mata pelajaran kimia dan lembar observasi untuk mengetahui karateristik siswa serta lembar pengamatan untuk mengetahui apakah guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan desain penelitian. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan pencapaian hasil belajar klasikal. Berdasarkan data penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan literasi sains siswa dan karakter siswa pada setiap siklusnya.
