The purpose of research to find the level of self- esteem of patients with Diabetes Mellitus at the Jembrana Polyclinic. This type of research design is descrivtive research design, with uses a purposive sampling technique. The result this research is majority of research subjects experienced low self-esteem. The conclusion this research is majority of research subjects experienced low self-esteem, as many as 13 people (59%), based on age is 36-55 years as13 people (59%), based on education a high school as14 people (63%), based on gender were men as13 people (59%), all subjects as POLRI members were 22 people (100%), based on long suffering from DM that was >6 months as 17 people (77%), research subjects who experienced obese as 8 people (36%). Abstrak: Tingkat Harga Diri pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat harga diri pasien diabetes mellitus di Poliklinik Polres Jembrana. Jenis rancangan penelitian ini adalah rancangan penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan teknik purposive sampling . Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar subyek penelitian mengalami harga diri rendah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sebagian besar subyek penelitian mengalami harga diri rendah, yaitu sebanyak 13 orang (59%), berdasarkan usia terbanyak rentang usia36 - 55 tahun.  sebanyak 13 orang (59%), berdasarkan pendidikan adalah SMA sebanyak 14 orang (63%), Berdasarkan jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki 13 orang (59%), semua subyek penelitian adalah aktif bekerja sebagai anggota POLRI yaitu 22 orang (100%), berdasarkan lamanya menderita DM terbanyak lebih dari 6 bulan sebanyak 17 orang (77%)  dan subyek penelitian yang mengalami obesitas yaitu 8 orang (36%). The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of health education with anti-URTI Booklet media on URTI prevention behavior in mothers of children under five years old. This research was conducted in April-May 2019. This type of research is a quasy experiment with a pre-test and post-test design. This research used 61 people as a sample with used the total sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that from 61 respondents before given treatment had goof behavioral categories as much as 57.4% and after being treated 96.7% had good value categories. Hypothesis testing using the Wilcoxon test results in a p value of 0,000 (p value 0.05) which means that there is an effect of health education with the Anti-URTI Booklet media on URTI prevention behavior in mothers of children under five years old. The impacts of sexual violence can ruin the psychosocial, future growth and development of children. This research purposes to determine the impacts of giving education by using comic as media on the self-efficacy to prevent sexual violence for school-age children. This research is pre-experimental designs with the design of one group pre-test post-test design. The sample amounted to 70 people using the startified random sampling technique. The Wilcoxon test tested the results of the study of ρ-value was 0,001, it means that there was a significant influence on giving education by using comic as media on the self-efficacy to prevent sexual violence for school-age children at 3 Batubulan Kangin Elementary School in 2019. Based on the results of the research, it is expected that it will be a guideline for teachers to educate other students by developing similar media. Pneumonia is a disease caused by bacteria pneumococcus, staphylococcus, streptococcus, and viruses. The causes of pneumonia are divided into intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors. The type of research used in this study was non-experimental research with a type of correlational research and cross sectional approach using non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The number of samples is 56 toddlers. This research was conducted in April to May 2019. Data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that parents with the most smoking habits aged 30 years, with male sex (80.4%), work for self-employed / service traders (35.8%), high school education / SMK (50%), current smoking status (62.5%), no smoking (37.5%), duration of smoking <10 years (44.6%), and active smokers (62.5%). Hypothesis testing uses the chi square test and multiple logistic regression with p values of 0.024 each and the most related variable is the type of smoker with an OR value of 19.00. One technique used to reduce pain after surgery is early mobilization techniques. This study aim ed to determine the effect of early mobilization on reducing pain scale in post surgery patients with TURP BPH . The design of this study was one group pre-post test design with a pre-experimental design, with a total sample was 12 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was guide sheet in the form of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and a pain gauge in the form of Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Pain scale before early mobilization, 2 respondents (16.7%) were with pain scale 6 and 3 respondents (25%) were with pain scale 3. After early mobilization, 1 respondent (8.3%) was with pain scale 5 and 3 respondents ( 25%) were with pain scale 2. Wilcoxon test results obtained p-value = 0.0001 <0.05, it means that the provision of early mobilization had a significan t effect on pain scale reduction in post surgery patients with TURP Benign Prostate Hyperplasia (BPH) in Bima Ward Sanjiwani Regional Hospital Gianyar. The results of the study concluded that there was effect on pain scale reduction in post surgery patients with TURP BPH. The results of the study are expected to be used as a reference in enhancing the development of independent interventions on acute pain nursing problems. Hypertension is a condition where systole pressure is ˃140 mmHg and diastolic pressure˃ 90 mmHg. The general purpose of this scientific paper research is to find out the description of nursing care for hypertensive patients with impaired comfort needs in the Tabanan Rindam Polyclinic. This type of design uses a descriptive case study, where the research was conducted at the Polyclinic, the study was conducted in February 2019. The subject of the case study will use two clients who were treated in the road at the Tabanan Rindam Polyclinic that met the inclusion criteria. Data collection used in this case study is assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, evaluation. The results of this case study, Nursing diagnosis in this case study, more focused on the patient's comfort, namely pain. Nursing intervention this action is carried out for 2 x 15 minutes using deep breathing relaxation techniques which are known to be able to maintain muscle elasticity so that lowering blood pressure decreases pain scale from scaling pain 5 to pain scale 3. Suggestions from researchers are to provide knowledge to hypertensive patients, especially those who experience discomfort (pain) so that they are able to apply deep breathing relaxation techniques both independently and with guidance. Hipertensi yaitu suatu keadaan dimana tekanan systole ˃140 mmHg dan tekanan diastole ˃90 mmHg. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien hipertensi dengan gangguan kebutuhan rasa nyaman nyeri di Poliklinik Rindam Tabanan. Jenis rancangan menggunakan deskriptif studi kasus, tempat penelitian di Poliklinik Rindam Tabanan yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2019 dengan subyek dua orang klien yang dirawat jalan di poliklinik tersebut yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam studi kasus ini yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi, implementasi, evaluasi. Hasil studi kasus, diagnosa keperawatan lebih memfokuskan ke bagian rasa nyaman pasien, yaitu nyeri. Intervensi keperawatan dilakukan selama 2 x 15 menit dengan menggunakan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam yang diketahui mampu mempertahankan keelastisan otot sehingga menurunkan tekanan darah dan terjadi penurunan skala nyeri dari skala nyeri 5 ke skala nyeri 3. Diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan pada pasien hipertensi, khusunya yang mengalami gangguan rasa nyaman (nyeri) sehingga mampu menerapkan teknik relaksasi nafas dalam baik secara mandiri. The purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of the treatment of diarrhea performed in children in the Community Health Center. This study uses a qualitative research design with a case study approach. There were 8 participants in this study, namely 2 nurses who treated diarrhea children and 6 diarrhea children who were seeking care at the community health center. Participants were considered valid as informants because the 2 nurses already had experience in treating diarrhea while 6 diarrhea children were considered valid as informants at the time of participatory observation. Data from interviews, observations and documentation were analyzed according to miles and huberman including reduction, presentation and verification. It was concluded that to overcome the problem of readiness to improve fluid balance, hypovolemia and nutritional deficits in diarrhea patients given Paracetamol syrup 120 mg / 5ml, Neo Kaolana syrup 120 ml, zinc syrup and oralit. Chronic hyperglycolia in people with diabetes results in changes in intra-cell biochemical homeostasis so that the selendothel and nerves are disturbed. Disorders of blood vessels and nerves result in decreased blood supply to the legs. Decreased blood supply to the legs is characterized by a decrease in the value of oxygen saturation. Efforts are needed to improve oxygen saturation in people with diabetes to prevent diabetic foot disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Foot SPA with the help of wood reflection on oxygen saturation in people with diabetes in South Denpasar. The study was conducted with a quasi-experimental method, pre-test post test with control group design. The study used 2 (two) groups, group I was given treatment in the form of Foot SPA with the help of wood reflection every 2 days 15-30 minutes for 6 weeks, group II (control group) were given foot exercises every 2 days 15-30 minutes for 6 weeks. Saturation data were collected with digital oximetry at the beginning of the study and one day after the treatment period ended. Data were analyzed by paired and unpaired different tests. The results of the statistical independent test of the t test that have been done show that the value of p value is 0,000 (p value <0.05). This shows that there is a significant difference in oxygen saturation of the legs in the diabetics between the treatment groups that are given SPA reflective wooden foot SPA with a control group that is only given diabetic foot exercises. This can also be seen from the difference in the average oxygen saturation of the feet with diabetes in the treatment group by 4.52% and the control group by 0.28%. The results of the analysis showed that the administration of reflex wooden aids on foot was more effective in increasing oxygen saturation of the feet compared to only foot exercises in the control group. Hiperglisolia kronik pada diabetisi mengakibatkan perubahan homeostasis biokimiawi intra sel sehingga selendotel  dan saraf terganggu. Gangguan sel pembuluh darah dan saraf mengakibatkan suplai darah ke kaki menurun. Penurunan suplai darah ke kaki di tandai dengan penurunan nilai saturasi oksigen. Diperlukan upaya memperbaiki saturasi oksigen pada diabetisi untuk mencegah penyakit kaki diabetik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh SPA Kaki dengan bantuan kayu refleksi terhadap saturasi oksigen pada diabetisi di Denpasar Selatan.
