Ahmad, Najmaddin Abo Mosali","doi":"10.30880/ijscet.2023.14.02.005","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30880/ijscet.2023.14.02.005","url":null,"abstract":"This study created and evaluated a mediation model which allowsthe role of essential artificial intelligence (AI) in mediating the connection between service quality and behavioural intent to use AI security features in the United Arab Emirates.The primary objective is to improve the standards for customer service in the UAE's artificial intelligence security industry. The data to developed the model was derived from 389 valid questionnaires form the questionnaire survey. The data was screened and cleaned before uploaded in Smart-PLS software to developing and assessing the model.Based on the assessment on the model, it was found that the most fundamental form of artificial intelligence exerts a mediating effect to some extent, on the connectionthat exists between service quality and behavioural intention in terms of the application of Al security technology.The coefficient and t-value point to a substantial indirect relationship between the quality of the service and the intention to use artificial intelligence. This relationship is shown to be indirect rather than direct. It is possible to draw the conclusion that improved service quality raises people's likelihood of intending to use AI security technologies. Poor leadership is likely to be the cause of unethical practises, a high turnover rate, and employee disengagement. Furthermore, they may use an ineffective leadership style when dealing with project subordinates. Subordinate performance that is effective is always desired, but it does not always occur. As a result, the current study investigatedthe four leadership styles and the characteristics that influence organisational performance. The analysis of 398 questionnaire forms collected from ADNOC Company participants revealed that allthe attributes of the four leadership styles used in the UAE are reliable. Transformational leadership isfound to be the most influential leadership style, while democratic leadership is the least influential in influencing the organisational performance of the ADNOC Company in the UAE. In transformational leadership, leaders focus on employees' beliefs about their jobs as the most influential attribute. Leaders in our organisation are reported to have good communication with other employeesas one of the most influential attributes in Transactional leadership style. Similarly, the most influential attributes in Charismatic Leadership style are leaders in our organisation are effective in managing our organisation. Situasi ini memaksa berbagai pihak yang bekerja di bidang konstruksi untuk beralih ke metode yang lebih modern dan efisien untuk melaksanakan proyek secara jarak jauh, hal ini disebut dengan digitalisasi konstruksi. Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan contoh konsep digitalisasi konstruksi yang kini sedang diimplementasikan ke berbagai proyek konstruksi, salah satunya adalah pengimplementasian BIM dalam proses penyusunan rencana anggaran biaya berbasis quantity take-off. Studi kasus yang diambil adalah sebuah proyek gudang, yaitu proyek konstruksi yang mayoritasnya terdiri dari struktur baja sehingga dapat dilakukan pendalaman pemodelan secara tiga dimensi atau lima dimensi yang berfokus pada komponen konstruksi baja. Persyaratan SLF itu sendiri mewajibkan setiap bangunan gedung memenuhi empat aspek keandalan yaitu, keselamatan, kesehatan, kenyamanan, dan kemudahan. Penelitian terkait SLF ini dilakukan pada Gedung PPAG-2 Universitas Katolik Parahyangan yang meninjau dua dari empat persyaratan tersebut yaitu syarat keselamatan dan kemudahan bagi pengguna ketika terjadi bahaya kebakaran pada gedung. Pembahasan meliputi hasil identifikasi persyaratan penyediaan Sistem Proteksi Pasif, Sistem Proteksi Aktif, Sistem Evakuasi Darurat, Sarana Penyelamatan, dan Manajemen Keselamatan Kebakaran Gedung (MKKG) pada gedung. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi didapati bahwa terdapat persyaratan sistem proteksi hanya sistem proteksi aktif dan persyaratan evakuasi yang tidak mencapai 100%. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji penyebab terjadinya klaim konstruksi pada 3 negara yaitu Indonesia, Uni Emirate Arab, dan India yang dapat digunakan sebagai pembelajaran untuk mencegah terjadinya konflik dalam pekerjaan konstruksi. Dari hasil kajian terdapat 5 faktor yang paling sering muncul dalam klaim konstruksi yaitu: 1) Keterlambatan Disebabkan oleh Pengguna Jasa; 2) Pekerjaan Tambah Kurang; 3) Keterlambatan Pembayaran; 4) Pembagian Biaya Arbitrase; 5) Keterlambatan Akibat Kondisi Tertentu. Gedung belajar di Indonesia umumnya dibangun menggunakan material komposit seperti beton bertulang dan baja halmana material-material tersebut tidak dapat diperbaharui, serta berpotensi mengancam lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan material pengganti seperti kayu durian baik gergajian maupun laminasi. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai respon struktur gedung belajar baru SMAN 1 Margaasih terhadap penggunaan material pengganti kayu durian dengan bantuan software ETABS. Dilakukan analisis struktur dengan metode baik statik ekivalen maupun respon spektrum berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019, sehingga dihasilkan respon struktur berupa periode fundamental, gaya geser dasar seismik, distribusi vertikal gaya lateral ekivalen serta simpangan antar lantai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan material kayu durian sebagai alternatif material konstruksi struktur gedung belajar baru SMAN 1 Margaasih menunjukkan respon struktur yang baik. Hal ini terlihat dari periode fundamental, gaya geser dasar, distribusi vertikal gaya lateral ekivalen dan simpangan antar lantai yang terjadi lebih kecil dibandingkan struktur eksisting. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur dan juga mengkaji mengenai perbedaan presepsi yang ada dari stakeholder tentang manfaat, hambatan dan juga motivasi dalam menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu berbasis ISO 9001. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada penilaian penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001 di Provinsi NTT masih berada ditingkat sedang.
