Through qualitative thematic analysis, three key objectives were addressed: identifying benefits, examining implementation challenges, and assessing barriers to adoption. The analysis highlights significant benefits of blockchain adoption, including enhanced trust, transparency, automation, traceability, and data security, supported by findings from various studies. However, implementation challenges such as system design complexity, resistance to change, and inadequate IT staff pose obstacles to adoption. Furthermore, barriers to widespread adoption, such as the absence of a proper legal framework and the capital-intensive nature of blockchain adoption, were identified. These barriers underscore the need for collaborative efforts to address regulatory uncertainties and financial constraints. It was suggested that further studies could explore the long-term impacts of blockchain technology on supply chain resilience and sustainability, as well as investigate strategies to overcome implementation challenges and maximize the technology's potential across diverse industries and regions.","PeriodicalId":14366,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Science and Research Archive","volume":"13 13","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141795904","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The primary objective of our study is to compare the ultrasound (USG) guided measurement of CVP with conventional measurement of CVP using saline column. Methods: The study is Prospective observational study. The study was conducted at a tertiary care teaching hospital from February 2020 to December 2021. 245 patients were included in this study using convenient sampling technique. The primary measure in this study is to assess whether the accuracy of USG measurements (non invasive) of CVP is as good as conventional measurements (invasive) of CVP using saline column method. Results: The CVP measurements measured invasively and non invasively were categorized as below normal, normal, and above normal. Using CVP (saline) as the gold standard, for CVP (USG) and CVP (saline) a 3 x 3 contingency table had been made. To compare the diagnostic accuracy between CVP(Saline) and CVP(USG) where the measurements were categorised, Kappa statistics has been used to measure the agreement between the two {CVP (saline) and CVP (USG)}. The Kappa value was found to be around 96.33% and after weightage was 97.96% which was almost perfect agreement. Conclusion: Based on our study, we conclude that the USG guided measurement of CVP is as good as conventional measurement of CVP using saline column.","PeriodicalId":14366,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Science and Research Archive","volume":"9 17","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141795909","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This model identifies four elements of exchange structure—INITIATION, RESPONSE, NEGOTIATION, and TERMINATION—and several communicative acts that differ from those proposed by Sinclair and Coulthard (1992). Data analysis underscores the prevalent patterns of verbal interaction within Tunisian EFL lessons and highlights the model's importance in understanding teachers' classroom practices. This research has pedagogical implications for EFL teachers and potential applications in teacher training programs. It offers in-service EFL teachers a descriptive tool to analyse, evaluate, and critically reflect on classroom practices.","PeriodicalId":14366,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Science and Research Archive","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141796038","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Also, Omani literature postulates that Omani parents of children with ASD endure a higher parental burden, clinically significant stress levels, anxiety, depression, and an increased public stigma compared to parents of TD children. However, relatively little is known about parental stress constructs in the Omani literature. Research Design: A cross-sectional design was used to test a predictive model of parental stress in mothers raising children diagnosed with ASD in the Sultanate of Oman. Aims: This study examined mental health, parental burden, and affiliate stigma as predictors of parenting stress. It also examined the mediating role of self-compassion and the moderating role of coping strategies and social support between these potential predictors and parenting stress. Results: Results showed that affiliate stigma and parental burden were significant predictors of parenting stress. Self-compassion partially moderated the relationship between mental health, parental burden, and parenting stress. Implications are discussed in light of supporting programs and interventions to help these mothers cope and ultimately improve the quality of life in families of children with ASD.
