The gamification which has begun to be used in different disciplines with the development of information and communication technologies aim s to transmit the contents that are critical but not entertaining enough to the target group through a playful design. In order to adapt to the digital era, it has become a necessity to design learning environments and curriculum content in accordance with the changing learning behaviors of Generation Z. At this point, gamification is a key tool. Also, it is important to take the expectations and opinions of the target group into consideration to make successful and effective gamified designs. In learning environments meeting the expectation of students, motivation and therefore, performance of the student will be higher. This study was carried out in order to reveal the perception and motivation of 2nd grade students studying in the Department of Management Information Systems in Beyazıt University. In this study, descriptive method was used. The research question was formulated as “What is the perception and motivation of the students of Department of Management Information Systems of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University?”. Within the frame of the study, a survey form comprised of five sections was used. The research population is comprised of 337 students. The survey was employed to 43 students. The main purpose of the research is to evaluate the current structure of organizational culture in provincial public libraries in Turkey, to determine the causes of the failure to develop innovative management and innovative service structures and to reveal the relationship of this situation with the organizational culture. In addition, it aims at developing a national innovative organizational culture strategy action plan proposals that are based on the study findings. The scope of the research consists of 323 administrators and librarians who are working in provincial public libraries in Turkey and graduated from the Department of Information Management and seven executives working in an administrative status in General Directorate of Libraries and Publications. The research sample consists of 182 participants determined by simple random method according to the probability-based stratified sampling method. The research was carried out with descriptive method, and the data were collected by a questionnaire and semi-structured interview technique. As a result of the research, it was revealed that librarians are not satisfied with the current management and service development approaches of the provincial public libraries, the hierarchy culture is dominant in the current situation, and the culture of adocracy/creative is targeted/deemed appropriate instead. These risks raise the questions of what can be done if the e-signature cannot be validated or if there is a doubt during the validation, how can the evidential value of the records are preserved. In case of doubt about e-signature, the certificate is validated, and if a decision cannot be reached, an expert can be consulted. In addition to these, it is considered that other mechanisms can be used to protect the evidential value of e-signed records recorded in electronic records management systems (ERMS). As one of these mechanisms, it is argued that a checklist can be used to assess whether the records are produced according to the evidential characteristics in the legislation will make a positive contribution to the preservation of the evidential value of the records. A qualitative research method is used in the study. The features that e-signed records should have in the legislation have been examined with the aim of generating a checklist to protect the evidential value. Academics can add value to education practices they provide and enhance the quality of education through emotional intelligence (EI). This is an exploratory study on information behavior of academics. The data is collected via a questionnaire survey from 103 academics in Hacettepe University. This exploratory study intends to examine if emotional intelligence is a factor affecting information behavior of academics. More specifically, it investigates if there is a relationship between academics’ emotional intelligent levels and their information behavior in terms of how they accumulate, use, and share information. The results show that EI is a factor affecting information behavior of academics in terms of only information share dimension. This research puts an emphasis on the correlation between academics with high emotional intelligence and the vision of sharing information in the right way and at the right time.
