Therefore, combining wavelet transform with decision tree, random forest and SVM (support vector machine), this study proposes a method to identify cable faults, and builds the corresponding cable fault model in MATLAB. The waste is handled meet the discharge standard. This article expounds the basic principles of wave power generation, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds wave generation devices, which shows that the current wave power generation devices mainly have defects such as low structural strength, poor system reliability, low power generation efficiency and poor material corrosion resistance. The control system developed multifunctional mobile power supply to provide high-quality AC and DC power supply. In view of the weak prevention and control ability of the traditional security fence in high-voltage test, an active infrared intrusion detector is added to the original fence. When outsiders touch the infrared ray, the alarm device will be triggered and the power supply will be cut off remotely. The intelligent infrared fence includes infrared detection, signal detection and processing technology, with good security. The circuit design of each module in the mobile power supply system is emphatically analyzed and the multifunctional mobile power supply provides stable and high-quality input power for high-voltage test. However, due to the aging characteristics of electrical equipment, the failure rate of equipment inevitably increases with the increase of service life, which directly affects the steady state availability of equipment. Based on the analysis of the maintenance cost of electrical equipment, a mathematical maintenance model for minimizing the cost rate per unit time in the whole maintenance cycle of electrical equipment is established by introducing the age reduction factor. Furthermore, the optimized strategy considers the failure rate threshold based on availability in actual operation, which well coordinates the reliability and economic costs of equipment operation. However, due to the geological conditions of the complex fault block reservoir in Dagang Oilfield, the influence of each layer of stratified water injection well on each layer of production oil well is still unclear. In this paper, a needle-ring discharge structure is used to generate argon plasma jets under an atmospheric pressure environment. The effects of the variation of parameters such as needle-ring electrode gap, quartz tube diameter, and gas flow rate on the starting discharge voltage and plasma jet length of the system are studied by quantitative and comparative analyses. The results show that increasing the voltage between the two electrodes will increase the jet length, but up to a certain level, the jet length will not be increased. As the argon flow rate gradually increases, the required starting discharge voltage and jet length will also increase. However, when the gas volume flow rate increases to a certain level, the generated plasma jet will deviate from the central axis of the quartz tube. Existing harmonic impedance estimation methods require that the background harmonic fluctuations are small and that the harmonic currents on the customer side and the utility side are independent of each other. However, the lots of new energy sources connected to the grid, these conditions may not always hold in modern power gird. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for estimating harmonic impedance based on a filtering method of distance correlation coefficients. The proposed method screening out independent data sets of customer-side harmonic currents and utility-side harmonic currents, both sides harmonic currents can be estimated by complex independent component analysis (ICA). Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method is more accurate in estimating impedance and is more widely applicable. Using digital twin technology, this study establishes a set of GIS intelligent substation health assessment and fault diagnosis model based on digital twin. The model can display the values of various instruments in the physical substation synchronously, can carry out health assessment and fault diagnosis of the equipment based on real-time data and historical data, and display the results in the model in three dimensions, with accurate indication of fault types and locations.
