In this paper, a crankshaft system equivalent test bench of single-cylinder engines was designed, taking a servo motor as the power unit, the double-crank connecting rod and double-head cylinder as the transmission mechanism. Comparison and demonstration are carried out through dynamic simulation and kinematics/ kinematic characteristics of the original single-cylinder engine. The results show that the equivalent test bench can simulate the rotation state of the crankshaft during the acceleration stage and the stable rotation stage. Based on the average Reynolds equation of lubricating oil and the energy of cavitation collapse, the thermoelastic fluid dynamics (TEHD) model of the main bearing and the bubble collapse Volume of Fluid (VOF) model in the oil film attached to the bearing wall were established, the load and flow field distribution when the bubble collapses were analyzed, and the impact characteristics on the bearing wall when the bubble collapses were explored. Aiming at the deficiency that the filtering ability of traditional complex filter (CCF) cannot meet the requirements of power grid, this paper proposes a three-phase voltage phase-locked loop structure based on second-order generalized integrator (SOGI), and optimizes the signal quality before entering the phase-locked loop.
