The edge elements are used in the analysis, and the nodal force method is introduced for force and torque calculation, respectively. The bisection method is adopted to refine the elements that have big local error, which is estimated using the field continuity condition at the interface between the adjacent elements. In order to make up for the drawback of conventional PID controls, the fuzzy PID is employed. Here DSP can finish fully digital control of the space angle and amplitude components of stator field together with a single neuron operation. It concretely elucidates implementation of both intelligent vector control system and producing space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) wave. AC motor dynamics under consideration may include large nonlinear uncertainties, such as nonlinear load variations. The controller output method (COEM) is introduced and applied to the design of adaptive fuzzy control system. The method employs a gradient descent algorithm to minimize a cost function that is based on the error of the controller output. The cost function can be minimized through adapting some or all of the parameters of fuzzy controller. The proposed adaptive fuzzy controller is applied to a AC servo control problem and compared with a standard fuzzy controller. Then the six layout modes of its double-winding transformer are set forward. It is impossible to calculate accurately all kinds of short-circuit impedance of the double-winding transformer with the usual method. This paper solves the impedance with the finite element method (FEM). This paper describes the electromagnetic field theoretical bases, introduces two sets of FEM to solve the impedance, and finally gives the magnetic flux line of the transformer's symmetric section and calculation results. It can carry out power frequency withstand voltage tests and partial discharge tests as well as user-defined tests, and the test accuracy and the efficiency are improved largely due to using an industrial computer as the center of the whole control system. The signals acquisition and process methods are described, and both of the hardware structure and software design are also presented in this paper. The system consists of three parts: high frequency inverter, high frequency transformer and soft-switched high frequency AC-AC converter. The DC voltage of battery firstly is inverted into 20 kHz high frequency AC voltage, which is boosted and isolated by transformer, and then the output voltage of the transformer is served as voltage source to feed the AC-AC converter for driving the motor.
