Factors that cause stillbirth are the auxiliary factors and place of labor and complication of labor. Data in Tasikmalaya regency, the incidence of stillbirth year 2016 as much as 213 cases (0.68%), in 2017 as many as 187 cases (0.6%). The purpose of this study is to know the description of the cause of stillbirth in the birth process in Tasikmalaya district in 2017. This study is useful for midwives as a benchmark in improving the quality of services by providing midwifery care to mothers especially in cases of birth-causing deaths caused because of the labor process. This research type is quantitative with descriptive method. The population in this study of mothers who have stillborn infants as many as 187 cases. Then the data were collected using secondary data obtained from KIA book and verbal autopsy then analyzed descriptive. The results showed that maternity assistants in mothers with stillborn babies were mostly midwives ( 71.1 %), maternal places with stillborn babies mostly in public hospitals ( 72.2 %) and complications of delivery in mothers with stillbirths were mostly breach position (1 0.7 %). The conclusion of this study is the case of stillbirth most of the birth attendants are midwives, housed in the hospital and caused by breach position . Therefore midwives are advised to make early efforts to prevent maternal complications during pregnancy, childbirth and infant and to optimize the provision of midwifery services such as counseling to pregnant women the importance of delivery by nakes in health facilities. The purpose of this study was to know the effect, directly or indirectly, and the magnitude of the effect of the support of health professionals, knowledge, motivation and attitudes of patients toward prevention behavior foot wounds in diabetic patients in the inpatient unit disease in hospitals Ungaran Semarang. The method used in the study this is a quantitative approach that uses cross-sectional design (cross-sectional). The samples used were 70 patients with diabetes as respondents. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 2.0 and SPSS 20. Results of testing the hypothesis by Structural Equation Model (SEM) method smartPLS produce research findings that behavioral variables Prevention LKD in hospitals Ungaran Semarang influenced by the support of health workers (22.86% ), knowledge (20:53%), motivation (22.99%) and attitude (13:34%). The direct effect LKD Behavior Prevention of 79.7% and the indirect influence of 1:19%. Model analysis results can explain the diversity of data and 98.9% were able to examine the phenomenon used in the study, while 1.1% described other components that do not exist in this study. Suggestions studies for hospitals should further improve the provision of in-depth information to patients and families about diabetes prevention as one of the therapeutic efficacy of diabetes mellitus for example by giving leaflets about diabetes mellitus and its complications. In Indonesia every year there are 36% of infants who have not received immunization, so in 5 years there are 2 million children who have not received hepatitis B immunization. Many factors cause people to be reluctant to immunize their babies, one of which is predisposing factors namely knowledge. This study aims to find out the relationship between the level of knowledge of mothers about hepatitis B immunization and the attitude of mothers to immunize their babies in the work area of Panumbangan Health Center, Panumbangan District. The study design used a field survey that was correlated with a cross-sectional approach. The sample is 84 respondents of mothers who have 1-year babies. The sampling technique used in this study is stratified random sampling. The level of knowledge of mothers about the notion of hepatitis B immunization is at most low categories 37 (44.0%) respondents. The attitude of mothers to believe their babies to the Puskesmas was the most negative attitude 46 (54.8%) respondents. There is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about hepatitis B immunization and the attitude of mothers to immunize their babies in Panumbangan Subdistrict (value p = 0.029 <? = 0.05). The conclusion of this study is the level of knowledge of mothers about hepatitis B immunization-related to the attitude of immunizing their babies in the work area of Panumbangan District Health Center.
