This paper describes and discusses the swing state of the platform and on this basis, establishes antenna beam coverage geometry model, analyzes the impact of swinging state on handover. the average and maximum handover probability of the different tier cellular have been deduced. Template model is characterized by the implementation platform based on a comparison process where the speaker model with the smallest distortion score is identified. In order to analyze the decision of the system and its confidence, a thresholding decision was introduced as a verdict condition. Thus, a new notion around decision quality was performed. Moreover, this threshold returns a discriminative criterion for selecting the training models used in the matching process and clustering with a second SIS will be allowed. According to the results, it was concluded as through the use of the proposed method; the desired performance was reached. The technique uses adaptive thresholding to detect and extract objects of interest and is based on the idea of counting people through a slit window. The technique works well for highly occluded crowded scenes in Masjid-e-Haram during Hajj and Umrah congregation. It is a very diverse problem and presents variety of challenges to solve. The most challenging problem is to differentiate between ever-changing background and foreground. The density levels of crowd are also variable from single persons to dense crowd. In this paper, idea and practical application of the proposed method under real conditions has been described. A series of experiments were conducted on real videos of the event of variable densities and lengths. The study area is locate in QinZhou, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, using GF-1 image. In view of complex coastal landform, the current study firstly transforming RGB model to CIE LAB model, dividing image based on colour gradient, then conducting Gabor filtering and PCA transformation to develop texons and generating texton histogram. Finally, maximum likelihood classification is employed for classification. It's compared with the traditional tracking loop with a third-order phase-locked loop (PLL), which is assisted by a second-order frequency-locked loop (FLL) and a second-order delay-locked loop (DLL). It can estimate carrier phase, Doppler shift, rate of change of Doppler shift and code phase in real-time for higher dynamics. So far, except for the MSE calculation, a stable and effective concentration measurement (CM) principle is still lacking. In this paper, a new CM principle has been proposed based on image morphology. Employing the erosion with two different algorithms, the information of the best and the worst TF concentrations could be find and a comprehensive evaluation would be given. For signal processing platform which consists of SRAM-based FPGA and DSP, function parameter and current variety are the two criterion of experiment. 60Co γ radial radiation experiment indicates that total dose is about 95 k rad(Si), and DSP is the most vulnerability device. The total ionizing dose of typical satellite orbit is predicted by MULASSIS software. Different shielding schemes for electron have been simulated with Monte-Carlo method. With 3 mm aluminium reinforce, the platform can be applied in the low earth orbit(LEO) orbit (800km, 1200km) for 28 years. However, video-based face pose estimation is much more important and frequently used in real applications. This paper describes a method of automatic face pose estimation from videos based on mixture-of-trees model and optical flow. Unlike the traditional mixture-of-trees model, which may easily incur errors in losing faces or with wrong angles for a sequence of faces in video, our method is much more robust by considering the spatio-temporal consistency on the face pose estimation for video. To preserve the spatio-temporal consistency from one frame to the next, this method employs an optical flow on the video to guide the face pose estimation based on mixture-of-trees. Our method is extensively evaluated on videos including different faces and with different pose angles. The standard time reversal imaging method typically suffers from performance degradation when the echo signals are interfered by strong noise. The proposed method is developed to address the aforementioned issues. First, the echo signals are time reversed and rebroadcasted from each receiver's location. Then, the cross-correlation function of the time reversed signal and the probing signal is calculated. Finally, the value of the cross-correlation function is used to construct the imaging map. Since the probing signals are irrelevant to the noise, the proposal method can effectively suppress noise. A numerical experiment was taken.
