Masalah ini tergolong penting baik bagi praktisi maupun bidang akademis khususnya penelitian terkait psikologi, sosiologi dan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Kepuasan kerja sangat berkaitan erat dengan kinerja dan kualitas pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh seorang karyawan sebagai penentu dalam keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Tinjauan teori ini bertujuan untuk membantu dan berpatisipasi dalam memberikan informasi terkait kepuasan kerja karyawan, faktor-faktor penyebabnya juga pengaruhnya terhadap keberhasilan organisasi. Juga menguraikan hasil-hasil penelitian terkait kepuasan kerja karyawan, teori pendukung disamping juga memberikan gambaran dalam memilih metode penilaian kepuasan karyawan dalam organisasi dan alat pengukurannya. It is undeniable that differences in facilities and activities have a significant impact on productivity. Work and study activities must be adapted under new work environment (at home). Both activities performed together with other activities at home. Negative habits will emerge if the individual does not adapt properly, which can interfere with work or study activities. The emergence of new negative habits can reduce an individual's productivity. According to Tali Sharot's psychological theory, three positive strategies are required to change negative behavior: social incentives, immediate rewards, and progress monitoring. The study's results a product design proposal:  a mobile application and watches that use Bluetooth networks. Pada paper ini dirumuskan kendala SL, panduan UI ramah ABK dari penelitian - penelitian terdahulu. Dengan metode kualitatif studi literatur diverifikasi dengan wawancara didapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam akan kendala yang dihadapi SL. Selanjutnya dibuat beberapa pilihan UI yang diuji pada beberapa SL. The study aims to identify the marketing strategies used by the BMT Maslahah Maron branch to increase revenue during the covid-19 pandemic. The method of research used is qualitative research. Internet of Things adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan benda-benda di sekitar kita terhubung dengan Internet. Pentingnya Internet of Things dapat dilihat dengan semakin banyaknya diterapkan dalam berbagai lini kehidupan saat ini. IoT memberikan kita banyak gagasan untuk turut berperan serta dalam berbagai segi perkembangan mulai dari hal mikro hingga makro di seluruh dunia. Internet of things menjadikannya sebuah bidang penelitian tersendiri sejak berkembangnya teknologi internet (IT) dan media komunikasi lain. Metodology yang yang digunakan dalam pengembangan IoT ini adalah berbagai macam. Dari yang real time system hingga penggunaan alur prototype. Dengan pengetahuan yang mendalam mengenai dunia kuliner Jessica Alexandra membentuk menu yang unik dan jarang ditemukan di bakery lain di Bali. Akan tetapi, identitas visual dan media promosi yang selama ini telah digunakan kurang efektif dalam menunjukan karakter Bloomin Bakes sehingga usaha tidak dapat bersaing sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiiliki. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh identitas visual dan media promosi yang mampu menjonjolkan karakter usaha Bloomin Bakes dan tepat dengan target pemasaran yang dituju. Melalui metode penilitan observasi dan wawancara, terbentuklah sebuah konsep yang dapat disimpulkan sebagai “Warm Exclusivity“ yang jika diterjemahkan secara langsung memiliki arti “Kehangatan Ekslusif“. Dengan konsep ini, media yang akan dirancang adalah logo beserta GSM (Graphic Standard Manual), media sosial dan kemasan sebagai media utama dan paper bag, stationery, flyer, apron, papan nama dan website sebagai media penunjang.
