Bearing Act 8 of 1995 concerning the Capital Market does not provide a clear definition of insider trading. Insider trading is a practice carried out by people in the corporation who in carrying out trading activities make use of information exclusively through insiders. Insider trading is one of the crimes in the capital market which has a very detrimental impact on many parties. The existence of inside information that is not yet available to the public is misused to trade shares on that information. The practice of insider trading is a capital market crime which in terms of proof is very difficult to prove. In reality, the Banda Aceh City Government has not provided facilitation in the management of medical waste in Banda Aceh City. The purpose of the study was to determine the form of facilitation provided by the Banda Aceh City Government and the policies taken in the management of medical waste. The main data of this study is secondary data and is supported by primary data. Secondary data was obtained from legislation, scientific journals and books, while primary data was obtained through interviews. The results showed that the facilitation provided by the Banda Aceh City Government was only in the form of socialization and advocacy to cross-sectors and monitoring and evaluation of Health Service Facilities. Therefore, the legal protection of trademarks is very important. In this study, the authors will analyze the Supreme Court Decision No. 7K/pdt.sus-HKI/2016 whose purpose is that the consequences of the law of imitation of famous brands can be known and know the legal protection for owners of well-known brands if their brands are imitated. This research is descriptive and classified as normative legal research and uses existing data. Based on research, the famous brand ST. REGIS belonging to the plaintiff entered the list of registrants in Indonesia first, therefore the defendant's mark REGIS@the Peak at Sudirman has been registered with unfavorable conditions. The defendant's mark is essentially the same as the plaintiff's mark for similar and dissimilar services, as a result, the defendant's mark must be removed from the general register of marks. This study describes the process of changing candidates who no longer meet the requirements at the time of voting in terms of the applied electoral system. The research method uses normative juridical research. The determination of the elected candidates for the House of Representative members in an open list proportional system is determined by the majority of the votes acquired by the candidates. The vote of a candidate who no longer meets the requirements to become the valid vote of a political party, in an open list proportional electoral system, the party should cast the vote to the candidate who has the next most votes to gain a seat in the parliament. This study aims to discuss the implementation of corporate governance, in palm oil companies in Aceh Province. A qualitative research method is applied with an empirical juridical approach. Data were collected by interviewing respondents and analyzing corporate reports. The result found that the implementation of corporate governence by the companies through the availability of code of good corporate governance (GCG) and code of conduct. Although it does not necessarily guarantee the implementation applied properly, but it can show company commitment to run a good business. Some companies also implement corporate social and environmental responsibility in a different approach. Kehilangannya pekerjaan menyebabkan mereka mengambil jalan pintas untuk meperoleh penghasilan demi menafkahi keluarganya. Semenjak pandemi sampai sekarang setidaknya terdapat beberapa kasus kriminalitas pencurian kendaraan bermotor yang memanfaatkan situasi saat ini. Kondisi seperti ini mengakibatkan adanya perubahan perilaku pada seseorang yang bersifat menyimpang sehingga melakukan perbuatan yang bertentangan dengan hukum salah satunya melakukan aksi pencurian dengan mengambil milik orang lain secara sembunyi-sembunyi atau diam-diam dengan jalan yang illegal atau menyimpang. Dalam prespektif sosiologi hukum keadaan yang sedang tejadi saat ini dapat dikatakan bahwa setiap masyarakat memiliki tipe kejahatan dan pelaku kejahatan sesuai dengan kondisi-kondisi sosial dan ekonominya. Techniques for drafting statutory regulations, each Prevailing Law must refer to Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the formation of statutory regulations. This paper will explain whether the framework for drafting the Sambas Regency Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of Legal Aid is in accordance with Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Laws and Regulations. This research is a normative legal research which is defined as research on statutory rules which is viewed from the point of view of the legal hierarchy. Pelaksanaan otonomi khusus di Aceh diselenggarakan berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2006 tentang Pemerintahan Aceh (selanjutnya disebut UUPA).. Pembentukan KKR di Aceh didasarkan pada Pasal 229 Undang-Undang No. 11 Tahun 2006, kemudian dilegalkan dalam Qanun No. 17 Tahun 2013. Keberadaan KKR Aceh makin menimbulkan polemik setelah Gubernur Aceh mengangkat beberapa anggota KKR Aceh berdasarkan pada Surat Keputusan Gubernur Aceh Nomor 162/796/2016. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kedudukan KKR Aceh berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan, untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apasajakah dibentuknya KKR Aceh menurut Qanun No. 17 Tahun 2013, untuk mengetahui kendala dan upaya KKR Aceh dalam menjalankan kewenangannya menurut peraturan perundang-undangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hukum normatif (yuridis normatif). Penelitian yuridis normatif adalah penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka atau lebih di kenal dengan data sekunder seperti buku-buku, peraturan perundangan atau bahan bacaan lainnya yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan. Hasil Kedudukan KKR Aceh merupakan mandat langsung dari ketentuan Pasal 229 UU Pemerintahan Aceh yang kemudian diakomodir dalam Qanun No. 17 Tahun 2013. Hal ini dikuatkan dengan penunjukan anggota KKR Aceh berdasarkan Keputusan Gubernur No162/796/2016 Tentang Penetapan Anggota Komisi Kebenaran Dan Rekonsiliasi Aceh Atas regulasi tersebut kedudukan KKRAceh merupakan amanah dalam pelaksanaan otonomi khusus di Aceh dalam menegakkan pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di Aceh. Faktor-faktor dibentuknya KKR Aceh menurut Qanun Nomor 17 Tahun 2013 yaitu Menyelesaikan pelanggaran HAM berat pada masa lalu di luar pengaduan, guna mewujudkan perdamaian dan persatuan bangsa, dalam hal ini KKR di di tujukan agar dapat menyelesaikan kasus pelanggaran HAM yang terjadi di Aceh. Kendala dan upaya KKR Aceh dalam menjalankan kewenangannya menurut peraturan perundang-undangan, maka dalam hal ini kendala KKR Aceh dalam menjalankan kewenangannya yaitu pada komisi kebenaran dan rekonsiliasi tidak diatur secara khusus didalam Qanun Nomor 17 Tahun 2013 maka dalam hal ini harus dibenahi oleh pejabat terkait di pemerintahan Aceh.
