Bu nedenle, is ve BT birbirine bagimli hale geldikce daha iyi entegre edilmelidir. Farkli BT sistemlerinin is ihtiyaclari ile uyumlu olmamasi, yonetim ve yonetisimin zihniyetine yansiyan atalet ve geleneksel yaklasimlarin, is ve BT amac ve hedeflerinin etkin bir sekilde yerine getirilmemesine neden olan baslica yaklasimlardan biri olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu calisma, Bilgi Sistemleri Denetim ve Kontrol Dernegi (ISACA) tarafindan 2012 yili sonunda ortaya konan COBIT-5 modeli ile olumlu olarak gelistirilebilecek ve tesvik edilebilecek olan Kalkinma Ajanslarinin (DA) BT yonetisim altyapilarindaki degisimin ihtiyacini ve etkilerini analiz etmeye calismaktadir. With this developed software, people and institutions can achieve the most economical results by using less time and labor. In light of these developments, the importance of quality software is also increasing. This study aims to prioritize the service quality of the software used in the accommodation establishments with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method of the most commonly used ISO / IEC TS 25011: 2017 software quality model criteria and to determine the best software criteria for users.In the research, after the evaluations regarding software service quality within the framework of ISO / IEC TS 25011: 2017 software quality model, using the AHP, the findings obtained prioritize the criteria regarding Property Management Systems (PMS) software service quality according to tourism and accommodation enterprises.
