This was done in order to better understand the flow. This investigation was carried out. In order to get a deeper comprehension of the flow behavior, several flow situations, including slip and no slip, are investigated using separate sets of parameters. In order to solve the issue presented by the turbulent model, the K-model is put to use. It was discovered that the parameter variation for no slip circumstances is preferable to that of no slip scenarios under high stress. This was discovered by comparing the two. A limited analysis of the flow behavior of the Bingham fluid in a serpentine cannel served as the impetus for the current work. The research that was done was motivated by this analysis.","PeriodicalId":142472,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Graphic Era University","volume":"60 2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117222558","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As Taxus species are threatened with extinction (endangered in Himalaya), thus it is imperative to develop alternate and sustainable method for commercialization and scale up production of paclitaxel. In this respect, physical and chemical parameters are effective and important key points for active compound production particularly by using endophytic microbes. In the present study, five endophytic fungi isolated from the roots of Taxus wallichiana, are tested for paclitaxel production using biochemical and molecular methods. Subsequently, effect of physico-chemical parameters like temperature, pH, incubation time, and medium constituents i.e., salt concentration, carbon and nitrogen sources on paclitaxel production were also analyzed. Among isolates, two of the fungi viz. GBPI_TWR F1 (Penicillium sp.) and GBPI_TWR F5 (Aspergillus sp.) were found to be paclitaxel producing. The genomic DNA samples were sequenced to confirm the presence of two genes viz. 10-deacetylbaccatin III-10-O-acetyl transferase (DBAT) and C-13 phenylpropanoid side chain-CoA acyltransferase (BAPT), implicated in paclitaxel biosynthesis. Both the endophytes showed the amplicons of DBAT and BAPT genes. Results revealed that after optimization of medium components and physical condition, paclitaxel production was increased in both the endophytes, maximum paclitaxel production i.e., 5.45 ± 0.98 mg/L was obtained by GBPI_TWR F5 (Aspergillus sp.) following 10 days of incubation at 15∘C in optimized S7 liquid medium composition.","PeriodicalId":142472,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Graphic Era University","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131719533","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It was observed that membrane MIII showed best results in filtering out the malachite green dye present in the aqueous solution of 50 PPM taken during study. The filtration study was observed under three different pH values i.e. 2.0, 5.0 and 9.0 and recorded results depicted that the first five cycles significantly remove the dye concentration ranging from 32-13 PPM, 27-7 PPM and 33-14 PPM respectively. The contact angle results for all the membrane showed hydrophilic behaviour. The thickness and the swelling behaviour also analysed and it was observed that membrane MV showed highest thickness (0.56 mm) as well as highest swelling behaviour (1.5) due to presence of high chitosan content in its composition.","PeriodicalId":142472,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Graphic Era University","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116670197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But when light variations becomes severe then performance of LBP and its variants is not satisfactory. Therefore there is a need of the more promising and impressive descriptor which performs well in harsh light variations. To complement these LBP based descriptors the proposed work launches the novel descriptor for Face Recognition (FR) in harsh lightning variations. This proposed descriptor is called as Radial Orthogonal Median LBP (ROM-LBP). The main demerit of these LBP based descriptors is that they all consider the uniform coordination between the neighbors and center pixel. Which mean raw pixel intensity is used for the comparison with the center pixel. The proposed work eliminates this problem in the introduced descriptor ROM-LBP, by replacing the raw pixels intensity with the median of the radial points in each orthogonal position of the two separate groups. The generated median is then used for comparison with the center pixel. The respective codes obtained from both the groups are concatenated to form the ROM-LBP size. As region feature extraction is done therefore ROM-LBP develops the large feature size. To make more effective descriptor, the services of FLDA is used and then classification was conducted by SVMs. Experiments conducted on EYB and YB datasets demonstrates the ability of the proposed ROM-LBP against various LBP and non-LBP based descriptors.","PeriodicalId":142472,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Graphic Era University","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121061052","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

An important feature of the condition is that it has been formulated in terms of modulus of the elements of neutrino mass matrix independent of phases. If these conditions are satisfied, a CKM type matrix is enough to make neutrino Majorana mass matrix real and diagonal without any need of Majorana phases. As an application, we explore the possibility of Majorana phases in all phenomenologically acceptable neutrino mass matrices with two texture zeros.","PeriodicalId":142472,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Graphic Era University","volume":"39 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115587761","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study has used constructs like personal innovativeness, technological innovativeness, gadget lovers, and technological opinion leadership for gaining insight into the overall behaviour of Zillennials. The study involve quantitative research where descriptive research design is used. This study makes use of both primary and secondary data. Survey research method has been used in this study where primary data is collected through a questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of 16 items where each of these items is evaluated on a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree). The data is collected from a sample of 300 students from various colleges of Pithoragarh belonging to the category of Zillennials. Purposive sampling technique is used to collect the data. The study uses descriptive measures of central tendency, cronbach alpha, and confirmatory factor analysis technique. The data is analysed in RStudio with the help of readxl, psych, lavaan, and summarytools packages. The results of this study reveal that Zillennials in Uttarakhand have personal innovativeness and technological opinion leadership. They are also gadget lovers. However, the study made an interesting finding that the Zillennials do not have technological innovativeness. This finding is in contrary to previous findings which suggested that individuals who willingly take challenges are more likely to adopt and use new products. The findings of this study will add academic value in the context of expanding knowledge on Zillennials’ behaviour. The data collected for this study is from students studying in Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand thus it might not be appropriate to generalize the findings for entire state.","PeriodicalId":142472,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Graphic Era University","volume":"65 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129071018","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This model helps in checking the effectiveness of controlling measures like lockdown policies and helps in framing new strategies to control the spread of the disease. We formulate a set of differential equations to find the rate of change of susceptible, infected and removed population with respect to time and solve it using Euler’s method. Using the cumulative data of confirmed cases, we try to find the answers to the question of COVID-19 surge. Also, through this we predict the trend in the spread of covid-19 in the state for the next few months. The analysis includes data from March 1 (which is marked as the start of second wave of COVID) to June 28, 2021. We propose predictions on various parameters and factors related to the spread of COVID-19 and on the number of susceptible, infected and removed population until June 2021. By comparing the daily recorded data with the data from our modeling approaches, we conclude that the spread of COVID-19 can be under control in all communities, if proper lockdown restrictions and strong policies are implemented to control the infection rates.","PeriodicalId":142472,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Graphic Era University","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134561786","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
