The target group of the teachers are migrants. Twelve adult education employees who impart knowledge to refugees in various projects and institutions were interviewed. Guided episodic interviews were conducted. These were transcribed and evaluated using structuring qualitative content analysis. The influence of the Church on the formation of the system of moral and ethical values of the society and its role in overcoming the spiritual crisis in the conditions of globalization processes of the postmodern society. It is proved that the decisive role in the search for answers to the civilizational challenges facing Ukraine and its culture undoubtedly belongs to the Church, education and science as the universe that connects all spheres of human being. The social activity of the Church indeed directs life processes, ensures the formation of the young generation of Ukrainians with harmoniously developed intellect, inherited experience, moral principles and values. The author of this article highlighted that the war in eastern Ukraine, the economic crisis, pervasive corruption, failed social reforms, poverty, and the endless transformation of Ukrainian society have led to many social problems and daunting challenges for the Christian churches in Ukraine. It characterizes STEM and its use within the educational process for pupils with special educational needs. The paper presents several research findings that present the results of the application of the STEM concept in the educational process for students with special educational needs in Indonesia, for students with learning disabilities (LD) and attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), support for students with disabilities and limited knowledge of English and professional development of teachers within the use of the STEM method during the educational process and others. The school climate is a feeling of job practice towards visible characteristics of the organization. It can influence work practitioners’ behavior and attitude. It is important to cause one’s affect working efficiency as well. That is why the teachers’ job satisfaction is an integral indicator leading to effectiveness at schools. If the teachers are satisfied with job practice at schools, they would be easily successful. The study deals with a few key factors of young Kyrgyzstan municipal teachers‘ job satisfaction, including teaching hours, leadership, autonomy, and decision-making principles. These factors can affect the teachers‘ job performance specifically.
