Therefore, not every point of the unit circle of the z-plane can be a zero and / or a pole of such digital filters. The position of admissible positions for zeros and poles depends on the degree of algebraic numbers and the length of the fractional part of the coefficients of the equivalent canonical structure of the corresponding order. The formation of the corresponding configurations is considered as a $boldsymbol{z}$-plane discretization due to the quantization of the filter coefficients. The z-plane discretization for second-order filters has been well studied. The geometric locus of the corresponding algebraic numbers is a system of concentric circles, that is, plane algebraic curves of the second degree. To achieve a particular goal of improved yield and quality in vineyard management, it is essential to understand the impact of plant–soil–water dynamics at different phenological growth stages of the plant physiology. Irrigation system is one of the most important factors for successful agricultural production. Contemporary plant production is based on the better utilization of water per unit area, i.e. to achieve as much yield as possible, while reducing the amount of invested resources (water, fertilizers). The paper presents the results of research carried out within the company 13. Jul Plantaže and the use of irrigNET system in order to optimize irrigation of vines. At several micro localities with different vine varieties, 28 sensor devices have been installed on the Ćemovsko field to monitor moisture dew in the soil at different depths. The analysis and recommendations on the choice of an adequate method for the fuzzy problem solution of environmental risks' automatic classification are made. It is proposed to use the Fuzzy C-Means approach to solve the represented problem of environmental risks' fuzzy classification. A model for the process of classifying ecological risks by the method of fuzzy clusterization is proposed and the problems that the experimental program module should solve are identified. An algorithm for solving the problem of fuzzy clusterization of environmental risks is proposed. A software module was implemented in the form of a special automated procedure for fuzzy clusterization used in the model GIS to determine the rational composition of environmental risks at the risk monitoring stage. The computer modeling results of electrode systems' various versions with a linear radio-frequency field in the analyzer' working area are given. It is shown that the most efficient is a flat-electrode mass analyzer with a linear-discrete distribution at a radio-frequency potential. Ion-optical systems with linear radio-frequency electric fields are proposed.
