At present, a large number of patients need ET, properly selected exercises taking into account individual characteristics. It is quite easy to check correctness of such exercise performance in in-patient and out-patient clinics. However, in cases when the patient is not under the direct supervision of a doctor, control of the regularity and accuracy of performed exercises becomes impossible. Global network traffic growth dictates the business need to configure large-scale systems and networks. At the same time, the explosive growth of data transmission forces state and commercial enterprises to look for opportunities to quickly reduce current costs in the continuous implementation of new services and technologies. The paper proposes the development of a web-oriented digital platform of distributed data processing for rendering digital educational services for people with disabilities. In the quality of software implementation of the developed digital platform proposed to use PHP framework Pandora. The architecture of the digital platform is represented as UML class diagrams, plug-ins and widgets. When a slab of concrete on the sidewalk does not settle evenly or has been raised up because of tree-root growth, the slab is not even with the neighboring slabs. This can cause pedestrians to stub their toes or even trip and fall, leaving the city open to damages. In addition, the city is obligated to maintain its sidewalks in conformance to federal standards, which limit sidewalk slope to no more than +/- 2% relative to the street. Currently, the Department measures sidewalks using manual level-measuring tools. This process is labor intensive and cannot be effectively scaled to the city's 7,500 miles of sidewalk. In this work we develop a semi-automated IoT-based sidewalk monitoring platform to effectively monitor the sidewalk condition. The Edge portion of the platform—Edge in IoT terms—is composed of a Raspberry Pi 3 B+, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, a camera, and a GPS module. We use the accelerometer and gyroscope to measure the sidewalk slope, the camera to take images of the sidewalk, and GPS module to collect location data. The collected data is saved in the on-board memory of the Raspberry Pi. Upon returning to a base station, the collected data is uploaded to the City Cloud server using Apache NiFi and MiNiF. Users can then examine the slope and image data. In addition, while collecting data in the field, the staff can view the data collected in the Raspberry Pi using the web-app installed on a mobile device such as a phone or a tablet. If the Internet connectivity is available on the mobile device, the collected data is uploaded to back-end server in the field. Otherwise, we use ad-hoc network to communicate with Raspberry Pi. AI applications have the capacity to advance the quality of healthcare in Montenegro by facilitating data-based decision making, intelligent disease prediction and prevention, and enhanced patient engagement. Information and communication technologies (ICT) can improve the quality of education by connecting students and educators to high-value digital learning materials and can lay the groundwork for adaptive learning modules. The increasing number of available on chip logic resources on one hand and on the other hand a decrease in part costs let the FPGA market grow steadily in recent years. It comes thus at no surprise that more and more microprocessors are integrated into programmable logic devices as they represent the central functionality in many digital systems. In parallel to these technological developments the open-source hardware community grew steadily in the last two decades. More than hundred open-source CPU cores can thus be found and selecting a core for a design project has to be done with care. In this work we thus want to focus on open-source 32-bit CPU IP cores suitable for FPGAs and which support the upcoming free and open RISC-V instruction set architecture that has some interesting advantages when compared to commercial CPU cores (as will be outlined in the paper). This paper proposes solutions to several problems facing quadcopters in such missions. First, it is proposed to enable the quadcopter to change its shape depending on whether it is in traveling or reconnaissance mode. Each flying mode will have a different controller architecture housed on an FPGA. Then, two specific hazards in disastrous areas, are addressed, namely radiation affecting system electronics and unclear paths. First, a fault-tolerant FPGA-based architecture is developed and it is proven through reliability modeling that it considerably extends lifetime.
