AI applications have the capacity to advance the quality of healthcare in Montenegro by facilitating data-based decision making, intelligent disease prediction and prevention, and enhanced patient engagement. Information and communication technologies (ICT) can improve the quality of education by connecting students and educators to high-value digital learning materials and can lay the groundwork for adaptive learning modules.
