The multi-signal, multi-parameter model was elaborated from the different angles when transformer is in faults. The parameters and signals can be found that indicate the state in faults based on the method of parameter estimation and the method of the signal analysis. Owing to the use of method of multi- physical information fusion, it is easy to detect early faults and separate a fault from others with the aid of powerful parallel processing and the non-linear reflective ability of intelligent measures as nerve network etc. So this realized earlier period faults intelligent diagnosis and prediction for transformer. A VoIP application provider between VoIP users and network service providers faces the challenge of SLA mapping to maximize its profit and satisfy users' requirements. The numerical results show that the proposed mechanism adapts the quality level of each active call to new network conditions well, and maximizes the profit under the constraints on the contracted SLAs. To conquer the shortages of Kademlia in searching efficiency and the strategy of cache, an improved Kademlia routing algorithm is proposed which can accelerate the hotspots inquiry speed in P2P network and is implemented by using fast table look-up and weights setting method. This technique avoids inefficient inquiry under the high refreshing frequency in cache and congregates hotspot resources for high query hit rate. Its highest frequency is 96MHz and integrate 4MB SRAM and 2MB +512 KB FLASH on-board, supporting 2 internal 24-bit timers, 3 UART serial communication interfaces and 15 interrupt sources (4 external interrupts). It provides a 2MB local bus expansion space. This paper presents some key points in the fail-over switching process of popular two-port FTE. A new algorithm of fail-over switching for multi-ports is then presented. This is based on our new hybrid approach. A simulation tool has been developed to aid identification of fail-over switching time. Recommendations on the selection of the design parameters for FTE implementation are provided. We break the evaluation process down to system description, evaluation index distribution, distribution test, intelligence calculation, intelligent level estimation and evaluation results output. We use different intelligence arithmetic and gain different results, and then we apply analysis and design methods for intelligent systems to design the organizing layer, Coccesponding layer and testing layer of the system and let them finish different evaluation assignments. As the wafer size continuously expanding up to 300mm in current high-volume manufacturing (even forecasting 450mm in 2012), fast and convenient process settlement cannot be over emphasized to meet the time-to-market of the newly developed products. In this paper, we suggest a recipe generator based on neural network and particle swamp optimization, nominally RepTor, to help minimizing material cost for process setup and maximizing accuracy of process modeling. RepTor is verified using SiO2 deposition process for modeling and predicting the wafer geometry in conjunction with tool parameter. No one in the IPTV value chain can solely control the whole profit chain. The basic principle of IPTV profit model is to satisfy the consumer’s real requirement and to put a proper advertisement. This paper designs and implements a system providing a personalized yellow page service based on IPTV system to create an interesting partnership in the business directory market. The personalized yellow page service system enables server to provide a personalized yellow page service based on each end-user’s profile. We firstly designed a system which provides the personal yellow page service based on interactive video application service. Secondly, we implemented it to demonstrate the possibility of being commercial product for T-commerce application on IPTV system.
