Because of the responsibilities that this sector bears, it is critical to find the precision of production in making profitable decisions in agricultural sector. Machine learning is the most effective tool for making decisions. Machine learning techniques with correct optimizations have been utilized in conjunction with the use of multiple algorithms and create an accurate model for predicting production and also in guiding to improve crop cultivation for enhanced output. The elements like cost of cultivation, cost of production, and yield are utilized to predict the crop yield during the analysis. In this study, the necessary data was acquired, and the methodologies and features employed in agricultural yield analysis were studied. During the literature survey more than 50 articles were referred for analysis. Relevant topics were collected from electronic databases and found useful machine learning approaches with which desired model was developed. Along with Random Forest, Decision Trees, and Support Vector Machine, Gaussian Nave Bayes, and Ada Boost machine learning techniques, Carl Pearson Correlation, Mutual Information, and Chi Square Feature Selection techniques were applied. The accuracy percentage for different algorithms was calculated crop yield prediction with and without feature selection approaches. We also used time complexities to figure out which method is the most efficient and accurate.","PeriodicalId":13981,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology","volume":"50 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82960508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to its dynamic nature, it allows nodes in the network to communicate with each other without the use of any infrastructure. When compared to conventional wireless networks, MANET's on-demand setup makes it more popular. Conventional wireless networks require a central authority for overall system operations, while MANET is an infrastructure-less and self-organized network that is generally a wise choice when it comes to certain application areas like military operations, communication in natural disasters, man-made emergencies, rescue procedures, and vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) for sharing information among vehicles as well as providing traffic conditions and warnings. This new network, however, faces several challenges and difficulties, including compromised security, routing issues, cooperation, multicasting, power efficiency, IP addressing, QoS etc., that must be properly taken care of before it can be deployed in real-time. The current paper provides a full analysis of MANET, including its problems, concerns, and possible research topics, which will be very useful for academics who want to begin their work on this subject.","PeriodicalId":13981,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91110359","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A single-lap joint, formed by joining two layers at a given lap length, is the most widely used adhesive joint type in practice. Nowadays, it is stated that the mechanical properties and joint strength can be increased by adding clay and graphite to the polymeric material used in single-lap joints, trying to estimate the joint strength for various loading conditions. This paper focuses on the bending moment behavior of a single-lap joint composed of newly designed functionally graded polymeric materials (FGPMs). For this purpose, the single-lap joint geometry subject to a bending moment is discussed. However, it is assumed that the bonded beams in the connection are composed of FGPMs. The beams are modeled using a new recently developed FGPMs. FGPMs forming the glued beams was obtained by adding PAM 96/98 and PV 60/65 graphite powders in epoxy resin at 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% volume ratios. The effects of graphite type and graphite volume ratio on maximum displacements were investigated in the joint subjected to bending moment. In addition, peeling stress (σy), Shear stress (τxy) and also von-Mises stress (σvon) occurring in the mid-plane of adhesive layer with PAM 96/98 and PV 60/65 graphite powder added were determined for each volume ratio and presented in graphs.","PeriodicalId":13981,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology","volume":"28 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90809737","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A dataset consisting of 21 different aircraft with 20000 images is being processed using the above algorithms. CNN works on the principle of \"pooling,\" which progressively reduces the spatial size of the model to decrease the number of parameters and computations in the network. CNN's are widely used for image detection in different domains, including defense, agriculture, business, face recognition technology, etc. Transfer learning is a machine learning method where a model created for a task is reused as the initial point for a model on a second task. Transfer learning is related to issues such as multi-task learning and concept drift and is not only an area of study in deep learning. The dataset is processed and uses python libraries such as pandas, seaborn, sci-kit- learn, etc., to find any pre-trained patterns and insights. Data is separated into train and test datasets with 80-20 percent of total data, respectively. A model is built using the TensorFlow library for CNN. Even though physical and chemical methods lend a helping hand in solving this problem, the dominant method is by carrying out chemical cleaning. But this process results in the metal ions in complex state, not viable for treatment. To render the metal ions in the free state advanced oxidation process using oxidizing agents like ozone, Hydrogen peroxide, electro flotation, supercritical oxidation etc can be resorted . The decontaminating agents used are picolinic acid, EDTA, ascorbic acid, NTA etc. EDTA complex the metal ions but generate secondary waste with them. In our work, treatment of generated decontaminated waste using EDTA as decontaminant has been dealt with. From the literature, we understand that attempts have been made to degrade ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid using Fenton’s reagent in the presence of light [1]. This will facilitate the release of free radioactive ions for further treatment. In addition to chemical oxidation of EDTA, photochemical oxidation in presence of Zirconia and titania which generates electrons and positive ions for further oxidation has been reported [2]. In this paper, we have made an attempt to absorb the EDTA on zirconia loaded on white cement, study the adsorption characteristics which is the first step for photodegradation using UV light. Zirconium oxide was synthesized by the sol-gel method using Zirconium isopropoxide to water ratio 1:2 which resulted in powder by this process. This Powder was characterized for physical and chemical parameters before immobilizing with cement for adsorption. The system containing cement bonded to Zirconia (Zir-Cem) was subjected to removal of EDTA by adsorption. Since the zirconia powder as generated was found to have a high surface area compared to heat-treated (470oC and 720oC resulting in monoclinic and tetragonal crystalline forms) the as prepared zirconia was found to be the best candidate for efficient adsorption.","PeriodicalId":13981,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Engineering and Advanced Technology","volume":"1219 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"86294338","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
