AI is a high-performance computing environment powered by special processors that use cognitive computing for machine learning and data analytics. There are major challenges in online or web-based learning, such as flexibility, student support, classification of teaching, and learning activities. Hence, this paper proposes smart web-based interactive system modeling (SWISM)based on artificial intelligence for teaching and learning. The paper aimed to categorize learners according to their learning skills and discover how to enable learners with machine learning techniques to have appropriate, quality learning objects. Furthermore, local weight, linear regression, and linear regression methods have been introduced to predict the student learning performance in a cloud platform.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. Hence, this paper proposes a two-stage hybrid intrusion detection system (IDS) mechanism to identify between normal and attack activities. The proposed mechanism is an integrated form of two simple and effective machine learning algorithms; they are support vector machine (SVM) and composite extreme learning machine (CELM). The first stage aims to distinguish the normal activities from abnormal activities and employed SVM. Next, the second stage employs CELM for the detection of different types of attacks . Further, aiming over training data, a clustering followed by duplicate connections removal and duplicate features removal is accomplished through fuzzy C-means clustering, correlation, and mutual information respectively. The proposed method applied eventually on the standard benchmark dataset NSL-KDD and the real modern UNSW-NB15 dataset. The performance analysis validates through accuracy, false alarm rate and computational time.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. The purpose of movement estimation is to diminish the storage space, data transfer capacity, and transmission cost for transmission of video in numerous mixed media administration applications by decreasing the redundancies while preserving the better quality of the video. Each algorithm has its own benefits and culpabilities. Among these, block-based movement estimation calculations are most powerful and adaptable. In this paper, diamond search-hybrid teaching and learning-based optimization (DS-HTLBO) has been proposed for motion estimation. The performance of the proposed DS-HTLBO method is analyzed by considering different performance evaluation parameters such as peak signal-to-noise ratio, mean square error, and compression ratio. The comparative outcomes reveal that the proposed DS-HTLBO method outperformed in terms of PSNR of 41% and CR of 5.47% with other DS, 4SS, and NTSS methods.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. The supply management is implemented with cognitive web service. Under the terms of information exchange, a credit risk assessment will be performed for supply chain finance with data analytics. In support vector machine technology, parameters are chosen using a genetic algorithm. To analyze the credit risk of support vector machines, a BP neural network was used to link the evolutionary algorithm with supply chain finance (GA-SVM-BPNN-SCF). Using a genetic algorithm and a support vector machine has overall classification accuracy equal to the BP neural network method. In addition, the role of the supply chain (SC) in mediating the link between SCF adoption, and the importance of supply chain effectiveness (SCE) is discussed. This research helps marketers and professionals better understand how to use SCF in their enterprises to reduce risk and improve SCF by providing data and connecting with financial institutions.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. Based on the modified Colin Baker model and the questionnaire of two universities in Zhejiang, this paper discusses the influential factors of bilingual teaching effectiveness in economics from the theoretical and empirical aspects and puts forward corresponding teaching suggestions. The main results are the foreign language level of teachers is not the main factor restricting the effectiveness of bilingual teaching at present and the professional ability and attitude of teachers are the most important factors for the improvement of teaching effectiveness. Objectively, students' interest in English has no obvious effect on bilingual teaching. Interest on English is not the key to being able to learn bilingual courses better.","PeriodicalId":13957,"journal":{"name":"Int. All data created cannot be read by humans, and what they discuss in their sphere of interest may be found. Modeling of themes is a way to identify subjects in a vast number of texts. There has been a lot of study on subject-modeling in English. At the same time, millions of people worldwide speak Tamil; there is no great development in resource-scarce languages such as Tamil being spoken by millions of people worldwide. The consequences of specific deep learning models are usually difficult to interpret for the typical user.
