Typically, the prevailing method employed in fraudulent activities is the offer of reduced fees. During the period from 2011 to 2018, Indonesia had multiple instances of fraudulent activities or criminal acts related to Umrah trip. The predominant modus operandi of Umrah fraud typically revolves around the provision of low-cost Umrah packages. The discovery of fraudulent activities disguised as Umrah operations was initiated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) upon detecting strange and atypical transactions conducted by the company. The Umrah travel agency employs a Ponzi scheme as a means of conducting its business operations, wherein monies obtained from subsequent victims are utilised to finance the travel expenses of prior victims, hence ensuring the coverage of all associated costs. This paper employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. The data gathering process in this study involved conducting a comprehensive review of relevant literature, including reports, documents, prior research, books, scientific works, national and international journals, and other scholarly sources. The perceived effectiveness of state measures addressing crime victims is diminished due to a lack of coherence and support among existing rules. It is imperative to give precedence to the ideas of restorative justice, particularly in relation to individuals who have been victimised by fraudulent activities. The victim's experience of recurrent victimisation, including fraud and the cancellation of their Umrah trip, resulted in psychological pressure. This pressure was exacerbated by the fact that the victim had already undertaken rituals and expressions of gratitude in preparation for the Umrah journey. It is anticipated that there will be a harmonisation of regulations and supervisory functions between the Indonesian Ministry of Religion and the OJK, along with a shared understanding among law enforcement officials and experts. This alignment is crucial to ensure that these entities prioritise the welfare of victims in the execution of their responsibilities. The study aims to investigate the main socio-cultural challenges that must be overcome through better tourist planning in order to promote rural and eco-tourism in the selected site and protect the eco-cultural destination. In recent years, a crucial tool for guaranteeing the sustainability of tourist sites has emerged: an assessment and monitoring of tourism impacts combined with community perspective. The current study intends to examine the viewpoints of the local population at Palani, a developing tourist destination in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India, on the effects of tourism and their involvement in the process of tourism development. To achieve the study's goals, a non-probability convenience sampling method was employed. Our data shows that tourism is typically regarded as a sector that fosters development. Its advantages are more commonly accepted than its disadvantages since it increases household income, boosts local reputation, generates employment possibilities, and promotes the standard of living for indigenous people. Despite the fact that a sizable portion of tourists to the area think that tourism services are still in their infancy, the location has the potential to become more well-known. The study anticipates that the results will be helpful to the tourism industry, planning organisations, business community, ethnic minority organisations, and academic institutions in order to plan, manage, and develop rural and ecotourism. COVID-19 is a global pandemic characterized by high morbidity and mortality. SARS-CoV2 with there are many symptoms, about 20-26% of patients with COVID-19 pneumonia become severe or critical, requiring hospitalization for respiratory support. In Indonesia, COVID-19 has been increasing since 2020, and on February 2021, the Covid-19.go.id page had 1.157.837 confirmed cases, 176.291 active cases, 949.990 recovered, and 31.556 death cases. Acute respiratory complications requiring treatment in the intensive care unit are the main cause of high morbidity and mortality in patients with COVID-19. Nutrition therapy has influenced for outcomes of COVID-19 patients. Methods: The primary purpose of this study was to compare the value of PCO2, and duration of use of respiratory support for COVID-19 patients with critical illness. The result compared the COVID-19 patients who had been administered with high lipid formula nutrition (PULMOSOL) and patients who had been administered with standard liquid formula nutrition. The rate of the intervention group that experienced an increase in PCO2 was 55.6%, higher than those who experienced a decrease in PCO2 (50%). Results: Based on the analysis results, there was no difference in the administration of PULMOSOL and standard formula based on PCO2 in the use of ventilators in COVID-19 critically ill patients in Dr. M Djamil Padang General Hospital (p>0.05) with HR = 1.39 (95% CI 1.55-3.55). In patients with increased PCO2, it was found that the intervention group who died was 55.6%, lower compared to the control group (62.5%). The same in patients with decreased pCO2, group the intervention group who died was 50.0%, higher than the control group (40%). Conclusion: Statistical tests demonstrated there was no relationship between the administration of PULMOSOL and the outcome of critically ill COVID-19 (p>0.05). Propofol anesthesia can lead to disruptions in metabolic balance. This research aims to examine alterations in acid-base and electrolyte levels during septoplasty surgery when propofol-based anesthesia is administered. In this prospective, observational cohort study, a total of 30 patients between the ages of 18 and 65 with an American Society of Anesthesia physical status I-II were included. Arterial blood samples were collected both before the administration of propofol and five minutes after propofol injection, with the purpose of evaluating the acid-base status and electrolyte parameters including sodium, chloride, calcium and potassium. No cases of acidosis or statistically significant alterations in electrolyte levels were observed in patients following the administration of propofol. Furthermore, none of the patients exhibited any adverse effects such as cardiac failure, rhabdomyolysis, severe metabolic acidosis, or renal failure attributable to propofol during the study. We suggest that the induction dose of propofol for general anesthesia does not lead to metabolic acidosis or electrolyte disturbances. This study aims to determine the implementation of LBK in PAUD Institutions in Gunungpati District and to determine the implementation of strengthening governance in Gunungpati State Kindergarten (TK N) Semarang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with secondary data study methods and case studies. The subjects in this research were educators at TK Negeri Gunungpati. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, documents and triangulation. The data analysis technique uses analysis before, during using the Miles and Huberman model, and after in the field. The results showed that PAUD institutions in Gunungpati District had implemented LBK well with a percentage of 77% and TK Negeri Gunungpati had also implemented LBK from the dimension of time allocation or schedule; budget allocation; forming a school literacy team; school policy making; and strengthening the role of the school committee. Even though supervisors have not been involved in the school literacy team and the school committee has not collaborated with outside parties to support activities related to LBK. The limitations of this research are that this research is only limited to the implementation of the dimensions of strengthening cultural and citizenship literacy governance which is only carried out in Gunungpati N Kindergarten using participating educators. It is better if further research can look at the implementation of LBK governance from the school principal, supervisors, school committees, as well as students and within the scope of other schools, families and communities. Compressive osseointegration is one of the latest modalities with a potential as a solution for this condition. While this modality is promising, the research on its effectivity and longevity on managing limb salvage in musculoskeletal tumor has not been widely studied, particularly in terms of complications and 5-year and 10-year implant survival rate. Materials and Methods: We comprehensively searched PubMed, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, Science Direct, and Scopus for researches related to compressive osseointegration up to May 2021, which resulted in 89 articles. All publications were then reviewed by the authors based on PRISMA guidelines, which qualified 10 articles for systematic review. Results: Compressive osseointegration has been reported to have a high 5-year & 10-year survival rate, up to 95% and 93% respectively, which are comparable to earlier models of implants. Earlier studies reported mechanical failure and prosthetic infection to be the most common complications to occur in compressive osseointegration, and occurred mostly before their second postoperative year, where mechanical failure is mostly caused by fall and strenuous activities on younger patients. Conclusion: Compressive osseointegration is a promising limb salvage endoprosthesis design. It offers capability of salvaging limb with minimal amount of bone remaining after resection. Complications that occurs from using this endoprosthesis are mostly aseptic failure, which occurs within two years postoperatively, resulting in 5-year and 10-year survival rate of 85% and 81% respectively.
