Among these are the gifted learners. What makes gifted learners unlike is that they acquire rapidly and they are good at thinking differently and creatively. Moreover, they have curiosity, attention, a superior memory and an excellent ability to learn a language. Remarkably, they are independent enough to reject something purposely when it seems pointless. Besides, they can perceive the world as competently as an adult, and they are even different from each other that make it difficult to define their character correctly and to prepare a lesson plan that meets their needs exactly. Therefore, when we consider this challenging character, teachers need a particular lesson plan that helps them cope with gifted children’s challenging character. The research sample consisted of 391 female (73.6 %) and 134 male (25.2 %) total 531 students of Gazi University. The Brief Symptoms Inventory, Depression Anxiety Stress Scale -42, and demographic information form were used for collecting data. The mean age was 21.52, the majority of students have a mobile phone(%98.9) and they use one line. Average cell phone usage time was 1-2 hours, following this 3-5 hours users in a week. The ratio of females conneting to Internet with cell phone were %80.5 and males %76.5. There was a significant difference between males and females weekly connection to internet. Females average connection time was longer than males, and also talks longer than males. There was a significant differences between students who connect to Internet from mobile phone and no connection groups on scores of brief symptoms inventories obsessive compulsif disorder, anxiety, hostility and interpersonal sensitivity subcales. Triangular mixed design was used in this research. Quantitative dimension of the study was carried out with quasi-experimental design with control group and qualitative dimension of the study was carried out with using phenomenological method based on social constructivist philosophy. Study group of the research consisted of 52 children from experimental and control groups. Statistically significant difference was observed in the scores of children in the experimental and control groups from DAET-R (U= 44, z= -5.44, p= .000, r= .75). Mental model development about environment of the majority of the children from the experimental group reached to an expected level. However, no development was obtained in the mental model development of the children in the control group. Results also showed that 80.8% of the children from experimental group defined environment as a place which people, animals and plants live together and the amount of the children from control group who defined environment similar to this level is 26.9%. Because these studios are the environments that the student experiences with their knowledge about the profession within the scope of the project and various design approaches. The student also learns to manage the project process in a limited time frame while gaining design skills in this environment. The interior design project covered in this article was worked by the author at the Coburg Applied Sciences and Arts University in Coburg, Bavaria, Germany, during the fall semester of 2012-2013. The purpose of this article is to provide the other students and educators benefit in design education by putting forward the method observed in the project process and observed that the student is beneficial. \"Conceptualization\" is used as a method in the project. Based on the main concept of the project, the sub-concepts produced are scored as the dominance for each space, and the space-concept tables are created. Thus, the continuity of the design philosophy has been preserved from the determined concept to the final product. If the object touch to the wire then the shock given to them and buzzer will on continuously until the object pass away from the wire. We observe that the fragmentation comes in two categories of containers: sparse containers and out-of-order containers, which have different negative impacts and require dedicated solutions. During a restore, a majority of chunks in a sparse container are never accessed, and the chunks in an out-of-order container are accessed intermittently. Both of them hurt the restore performance. Increasing the restore cache size alleviates the negative impacts of out-of-order containers, but it is ineffective for sparse containers because they directly amplify read operations. Additionally, the merging operation is required to reclaim sparse containers in the garbage collection after users delete backups. In order to reduce the fragmentation, we propose History-Aware Rewriting algorithm (HAR) and Cache-Aware Filter (CAF). HAR exploits historical information in backup systems to accurately identify and reduce sparse containers, and CAF exploits restore cache knowledge to identify the out-of-order containers that hurt restore performance. To reduce the metadata overhead of the garbage collection, we further propose a Container-Marker Algorithm (CMA) to identify valid containers instead of valid chunks. Instead of just sharing data in textual form like few years back, people now are sharing the data in forms of pictures and videos. In most widely used social media platform – Facebook, users upload 350 million pictures every day. But, the traditional image processing systems are not capable of processing such a huge amount of data due to limitations in storage and computational capabilities. Moreover, MapReduce programming model of Hadoop framework provide processing of large amount of data. But since MapReduce programming model was created with intend to process the textual data, it is quite inefficient to process the images using MapReduce programming model directly. Also, technical complexity of MapReduce is high and hence before working on the image processing tasks, one has to understand this model. This is inconvenient and time consuming process. To ease this complexity, various image processing frameworks have been introduced which abstracts the MapReduce model while focusing on image processing task. This paper conducts an experimental study on recognizing emotions from human speech. The emotions considered for the experiments include neutral, anger, joy and sadness. The distinguish ability of emotional features in speech were studied first followed by emotion classification performed on a custom dataset. The classification was performed for different classifiers. One of the main feature attribute considered in the prepared dataset was the peak-to-peak distance obtained from the graphical representation of the speech signals. Emotion is defined as the positive or negative state of a person’s mind which is related with a pattern of physiological activities. Emotions describe the mental state of a person. Sometimes in many applications such as military & civilian applications , in police department , its necessary to access whether a speaker is talking genuine or not and becoming increasingly important in security systems. So this project deals with the conditions like , if the speaker is involved in a stressful activity then the speech signal will be the significant indicator of the psychological stress. In this project speakers speech will be analysed depending on short time spectrum of vowels.
