Being at risk of poor air quality can cause many diseases such as asthma, lung cancer, and chronic obstructive. There is no doubt that the elderly or patients, who spend most of their time at home, need more attention and care than the current case. For this reason monitoring indoor physical parameters will help to manage and increase the comfort level of human life. Drawing upon extant literature, a new indoor web based system is developed. The proposed system will tackle the problems of abnormal changes in the level of air quality through proposing units designed in a level model to collect, manage and process sensory data of indoor environmental parameters. Moreover, the proposed system monitors indoor environment parameters in two different manners, including a real-time and long term manner. CPT+ model is proposed here used to predict the air pollutant levels of the next day. The preliminary result of the proposed system is satisfactory in terms of the accuracy of outcome found.","PeriodicalId":137904,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 5th International Conference on Computer and Technology Applications","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124898329","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

On this basis we propose a detailed feasibility analysis method before the design of the baseband board to prevent the waste of the manpower and time resources because of the shortage of chip resources, which provided a reference for the design of the baseband board. Firstly we determine the model of core processor based on LTE-A characteristics and baseband board requirements; then we focus on the storage capacity and bus capacity of the baseband board to ensure that the selected components have sufficient capacity and margin; finally we prove the correctness of the feasibility analysis through the test on the baseband board, and it also provides the reference for other hardware chip selection.","PeriodicalId":137904,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 5th International Conference on Computer and Technology Applications","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116224941","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Open data concept has also encouraged the public sector to release their data to the public without technical restriction and limitation. Nevertheless, there are lacks empirical studies that have examined the association between OGD and its adoption based on public sector perspective specifically in the local government context. Therefore, this paper aims to identify and analyze the influencing factors of OGD adoption by conducting Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and expert review with five (5) experts from a central agency, local authorities and public university. Sixteen (16) identified factors from the literature review and eleven (11) factors have been validated and individually ranked by the selected experts. A conceptual model of OGD adoption for local government which is based on Technology-Organisation-Environment, Diffusion of Innovation and Institutional Theory then proposed as the outcome of the study.","PeriodicalId":137904,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 5th International Conference on Computer and Technology Applications","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127110674","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of them concern the performance of the eight-point algorithm that is used to find the fundamental matrix F. And few directly target the application of the projective geometry in computer vision. This paper first, reports on some of these criticisms followed by some flawed derivations of the fundamental matrix equation. Then, in a simple and unquestionable analysis, it demonstrates that the equation of the fundamental matrix mTrFml = 0 does not hold for all image points ml and mr. The matrix F is independent of the scene structure, it depends only on the rotation and translation of the second camera with respect to the first one; (F ≜ [t]xR). The vectors ml and mr are not orthogonal for every point M. And because the dot product (mTrF) · ml) is equal to zero if and only if the two vectors mTrF and ml are orthogonal, the equation is invalid.","PeriodicalId":137904,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 5th International Conference on Computer and Technology Applications","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133130523","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The present paper provides a brief discussion about the Digital Signage concept mentioning some implementation areas, functions and new technologies. The benefits of System-on-Chip (SoC) technology and its implications for the Digital Signage industry are examined. Organizations like big retailers with a large quantity of stores, quick-serve restaurants, banks, hospitals and universities are more and more making use of dynamic digital signage displays to deliver their content and message instead of static signs. With Digital Signage this can be carried out easily and affordably at its core. This paper provides an overview of a Digital Signage software, DS SUIT, which is developed as a platform independent CMS, supporting SoC displays as well.","PeriodicalId":137904,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 5th International Conference on Computer and Technology Applications","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131691102","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, challenging outdoor conditions of the maritime environment heavily restrict the application of conventional methods. Additionally, vessels are large objects and capturing a vessel from different viewpoints may provide entirely different visual appearances. To address these challenges, this paper proposes an Identity Oriented Re-identification network (IORnet) for the re-identification of vessels. This CNN-based approach incorporates the triplet loss method combined with a new loss function, which leads to improved vessel re-identification. Experimental results on our real-world evaluation dataset reveal that the proposed method achieves 81.5% and 91.2% on mAP and Rank1 scores, respectively. As an additional contribution, we also provide our annotated vessel re-identification dataset to the open public access.","PeriodicalId":137904,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 5th International Conference on Computer and Technology Applications","volume":"222 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115536300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, these often lack structured information, useful to improve search and recommendation systems of food recipe websites, as well as calculate accurate nutritional information, which brings additional value to users. To solve this problem, FRIES was developed. FRIES automatically extracts the names, quantities, units and cooking methods for each ingredient in a recipe. The system uses mainly rule-based methods and achieves an average F-measure of 0.89 for the extraction of the cooking methods present in a recipe and an average F-measure of 0.83 for the extraction of associations linking cooking methods to ingredients. FRIES' results show that it can accurately and automatically extract information from cooking recipes. This information can be used to estimate the nutritional information of food recipes and support recommendation systems.","PeriodicalId":137904,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2019 5th International Conference on Computer and Technology Applications","volume":"202 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-04-16","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132664749","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
