Dept., of Agric. Fac., Benha Univ. to examine the influence of anti-stress compounds, i.e., lithovit (0.5 g L), fulvic acid (1.0 g L) and potassium silicate (2.0 g L) as foliage spray on vegetative growth, nutrients content, yield and fruit quality for both hybrids,. i.e., Super gold and Super streen of tomato cultivars grown under low tunnels covered with mesh (65%). Results indicated that tomato plants derived from Super gold F 1 exceeded significantly those derived from Super streen in both seasons regarding plant height, leaves area, branches No., leaves No. and fresh as well as dry weight per plant, N, P, K percentages, total chlorophyll, total proline, fruit set, and consequently total yield with better quality of fruits regarding T.S.S. percentage, total yield, firmness and vit. C. In this respect foliar spraying Super gold F 1 cultivar by potassium silicate at 2 g/l three times started after 30 days from transplanting and every 15 days as intervals recorded the highest values of plant height, branches No. and leaves No., leaves area, fresh and dry weight per plant as well as N%, P%, K%, total chlorophyll and proline, fruit set, T.S.S., total yield, firmness and vit. C. in comparison with the other treatments. Contrarily, using Super streen and spraying with tap water recorded the least values of the aforementioned characters, meanwhile using fulvic acid at 1g/l or lithovit Co 2 at 0.5 g/l as foliar sprays on Super gold cultivar came in between in this respect during both seasons.","PeriodicalId":137669,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Sustainable Development and Science","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122187594","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Intensive research work. was done to control the disease. The ideal treatment that selectively kill the malignant cell and keep other normal ones safe from hazards of cancer therapy has not yet been achieved. Camel was mentioned in the book of Muslims as special creature. The profit Mohamed advised people to use camel's urine and milk for treatment of some ailments. in the current study camel urine samples were collected from camels reared in wadi Elnotron, El Alameen road in north west desert of Egypt. Urine samples were fractionated using HPLC. Freshly collected urine samples were diluted in different proportions 1:1, 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16, 1:32, 1:64, 1:128, 1:256, 1:512, 1:1024 and 1;2048 with sterile saline solution (0.85% NaCl). Cytotoxic effect of camel urine to cancer cell lines were done. Colon (HCT), lung (A549 ), breast (MCF-7 ) and liver (HepG2) cancers were used in the study. the antiviral effect of camel urine was examined using sterile adenovirus inoculated into pre-cultured Vero cells tissue culture flask. results revealed that camel urine has anticancer effect and antiviral effect up to 8-fold of dilution. the main component defined in fractionated urine was dimethylamine and formamide. The study showed that camel urine had cytotoxic effect for different cancer cell lines and antiviral effect up to 8 folds of dilution. The dimethylamine was a major component in camel urine was known as a component of anticancer chemotherapy.","PeriodicalId":137669,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Sustainable Development and Science","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130115792","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
