Protein precipitation procedure was used in sample preparation. The analyte and internal standard (dasatinib-d8 (DASD8) were separated on Waters Atlantis dC18 Column (75 × 4.6 mm, 3.5 μm). Multi reaction monitoring detection was performed by electrospray ionization in the positive ion mode. The MRM transitions of m/z 488.1 > 401.1 for DAS and 496.15 > 406.1 for DASD8 were used to quantify. The standard curve was found to be linear in the range of 1-400 ng/mL for dasatinib. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ), using 200 μL human plasma, was 1 ng/mL. The developed and validated method could be applied to the bioequivalence study in human plasma samples.","PeriodicalId":13753,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Analytical and Bioanalytical Methods","volume":"37 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82044029","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Frieda","doi":"10.35840/ijabm/2405","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35840/ijabm/2405","url":null,"abstract":"A high-throughput LC-MS/MS method for simultaneous identification and quantitation of eight non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and chloramphenicol (CAP) in bovine and ovine milk was developed. The method is capable of detecting and quantitating: Carprofen (CPF), tolfenamic acid (TLF), 5-hydroxy flunixin (FLU-OH), diclofenac (DCL), 4-methylaminoantipyrin (4MAA), meloxicam (MLX), ibuprofen (IBU), phenylbutazone (PBZ) and chloramphenicol (CAP) at their maximum residue limits (MRLs) or target analytical levels. Addition of ascorbic acid into the milk samples before the extraction step was found to be crucial for repeatability and intensity of PBZ and 4MAA. The method consists of the single extraction step with acetonitrile and a commercially available salt mixture, followed by evaporation of the supernatant and reconstitution. Complementary LC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS/MS methods were developed for confirmation of ibuprofen and diclofenac respectively. The method was validated according to EU Commission Decision 2002/657/EC requirements. The method accuracy was in the range of 89-108% and coefficients of variation of the interday precision assessment varied between 3% and 16%. This method has been implemented at the Israel National Residue Control Laboratory for routine monitoring of NSAIDs and CAP residues in bovine and ovine milk.","PeriodicalId":13753,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Analytical and Bioanalytical Methods","volume":"63 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72993809","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

AminAlaa, Moalla Sayed Mn, Khalilov Ag","doi":"10.35840/ijabm/2406","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35840/ijabm/2406","url":null,"abstract":"A highly rapid, sensitive, and selective method for the determination of zinc based on the reaction of zinc(II) with 5-amino-2-(phenyldiazenyl)phenol (ACDP) and/or 5-amino-2-(ptolyldiazenyl)phenol (ATDP) and the solid phase extraction of the Zn(II)ACDP and/or ATDP complex with Amberlite XAD-2000 was developed, in the presence of pH = 5.6 and 6.2 using ACDP and ATDP, respectively, and Triton X-114 medium. ACDP and/or ATDP reacts with zinc to form a violet complex with a molar ratio of 2:1 (ACDP and/or ATDP to zinc). This complex was enriched by the solid phase extraction with Amberlite XAD-2000. An enrichment factor of 500 was obtained by elution of the complex from the resin with a minimal amount of isopentyl alcohol (0.2 ml). In isopentyl alcohol medium, the molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.13 × 106 and 1.37 × 106 L/mol cm at 647 and 662 nm using ACDP and ATDP, respectively, against a reagent blank prepared in a similar way without zinc. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 5.0160 ng/ml in the measured solution. The relative standard deviation for 10 replicate samples of 50 ng/ml level is 1.26 and 1.47%, respectively. The detection and quantification limits reaches 1.5 and 4.7 ng/ml in the original samples. The presented procedure was successfully applied for determination of zinc content in real samples such as waters, food, milk, and biological samples with satisfactory results.","PeriodicalId":13753,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Analytical and Bioanalytical Methods","volume":"58 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-12-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84547010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
