The method of writing literature review articles is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Mass Media relates to Human Resources; 2) Mass Media relates to Hardware; and 3) Human Resources related to Hardware. Apart from the exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables, there are other factors including: Electronic Media, Digital Media and Education. \u0000Abstrak: Artikel Literature Review Hubungan Media Massa terhadap Human Resources dan Hardware merupakan artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan dalam riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode penulisan artikel literature review yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley, dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Media Massa berhubungan terhadap Human Resources; 2) Media Massa berhubungan terhadap Hardware; dan 3) Human Resources berhubungan terhadap Hardware. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are: 1) Complaint Handling affects Loyalty; 2) Marketing Communication influences Customer Loyalty; 3) Trust has an effect on Customer Loyalty; Customer. The research was carried out using quantitative methods, as well as a causal relationship research design. The research data is primary data collected through a questionnaire in the form of a google form, as well as secondary data collected by documentation techniques. Sampling was taken using a random sample, while the calculation technique used the Slovin formula so that a sample of 400 was obtained. However, only 150 respondents were willing to fill out the questionnaire. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. \u0000Abstrak: Artikel Literatur Review Pengaruh Penanganan Keluhan, Komunikasi Pemasaran dan Kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas nasabah PT Bank BCA KCU Semarang dalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Pemasaran. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah: 1) Penanganan Keluhan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas; 2) Komunikasi Pemasaran berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah; 3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah; Nasabah. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kuantitatif, serta desain penelitian hubungan kausal. Data penelitian adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbentuk google form, serta data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel dengan random sampel, sedangkan teknik penghitungannya menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 400. Namun hanya 150 responden yang bersedia mengisi kuesioner. Internet of Things is expected to be a new solution in carrying out daily activities, especially those that are closely related to objects or machines. The concept of the Internet of Things itself is developing smart technology into an object, with the goal of innovation that makes activities more effective and efficient. Examples of the application of the Internet of Things in the industrial and household sectors are: 1) automatic curtain closing, 2) automatic water taps, 3) automatic folding umbrellas, 4) and also automatic parking scan sensors. The research method at this time is a descriptive qualitative method, by obtaining data based on relevant previous research and developing according to the researchers' thoughts. The results of this study are: 1) Work Effectiveness is influenced by the Internet of Things; 2) Individual Behavior is influenced by the Internet of Things; and 3) Supply Chain is affected by the Internet of Things. \u0000Abstrak: Internet of Things berkembang di banyak sektor, terutama di sektor industri dan rumah tangga. Internet of Things diharapkan menjadi solusi baru dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari terutama yang berkaitan erat dengan benda atau mesin. Konsep Internet of Things sendiri yaitu mengembangkan teknologi pintar kedalam sebuah benda, dengan tujuan inovasi yang menjadikan kegiatan lebih efektif dan efisien. Contoh penerapan Internet of Things di sektor industri dan rumah tangga yaitu: 1) Penutup gorden otomatis, 2) keran air otomatis, 3) payung lipat otomatis, 4) dan juga sensor scan parkir otomatis. Metode Penelitian pada kali ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan memperoleh data berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dan mengembangkan sesuai pemikiran peneliti. This research was conducted to find out the influence of sales on Umkm S3shop in Conggeang District, West Java, and to find out how big the influence of promotion on sales. The method used in this study is a descriptive and verification method. Data collection techniques were obtained from primary data, namely through interviews and questionnaires. While secondary data obtained from books, journals, internet. To find out the influence of promotion on satisfaction, statistical analysis was used with the simple linear regression formula and the coefficient of determination using the IBM SPSS 25 assistance program. Based on the results of the discussion of promotion on sales and based on the results of the respondents obtained from the answers to the questionnaire, it turns out that promotion on sales of Umkm S3shop as a whole is very good because it shows a positive response. For the effect of promotion on sales of UMKM, a statistical test is used, based on calculations it can be concluded that there is a very good influence between promotion on sales at UMKM S3shop by 29.2% while the remaining 7.8% is influenced by other factors. \u0000Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua Variabel yaitu Promosi sebagai variabel bebas dan penjualan sebagai variable terikat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui Pengaruh Penjualan Terhadap Umkm S3shop Di Kecamatan Conggeang Jawa Barat, dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh promodipada penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptid dan verifikatif, teknik pengumpulan data di peroleh dari data primer yaitu melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, internet. Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan digunakan analisis statistic dengan rumus Regresi Linier sederhana dan Koefisien Determinasi dengan mengunakan program bnatuan SPSS IBM 25. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan Promosi Terhadap Penjualan dan berdasarkan hasilresponden yang diperoleh dari jawaban kuesioner ternyata Promosi Terhadap Penjualan Umkm S3shop secara keseluruhan termasuk sangat baik karena menunjukkan tanggapan yang positif.
