The images created by Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) require complex image processing for intelligence extraction. A technique for man made object recognization in SAR created images is presented here. The kernel methods along with machine learning algorithms are investigated in this paper. The kernel methods allow efficient mapping from non-linear to linear feature space and integrate with several existing linear pattern matching techniques. The image's spatial characteristics are used as data for kernel functions. We proposed tracking scheme involves two steps. First, coherence-enhancing diffusion filtering is applied on each frame to reduce the amount of noise. Second, the cell boundaries are detected by minimizing the Otsu model in the fast level setlike frameworks, while obtaining smooth contours of foreground objects. Otsu model behaves well in segmenting images of low signal-to-noise ratio. But it gives satisfactory results only when the numbers of pixels in each class are close to each other. Otherwise, it gives the improper results. Experimental results show that the proposed method performs better than the traditional Otsu model for our renal biopsy samples. Finally the tracked cells are demonstrated on time-lapse series of prostate cancer cells. An online social service based system primarily on the service employs crowd sourcing to provide real-time traffic updates. It finds out the practically fastest driving directions with less online computation. It propose a time-dependent landmark graph is used to provide the practically fastest route to a given destination at a given departure time. This graph is used to model the data collection by dynamic traffic pattern as well as the intelligence of experienced drivers. In this system, it collects various types of information like location, time slot and landmark. It can also find the location different types of whether condition. Thus, Cloud computing is particularly valuable because it shifts capital expenditures into operating expenditures. This has the benefit of decoupling growth from cash on hand or from requiring access to capital. It also shifts risk away from an organization and onto the cloud provider. Hence to retain profit while accessing a pooled of resources on a pay-as-you-go basis we provide a numbers of system characteristic of infrastructure vendor, service provider and as well as customer, that alter the economics of information technology. The virus interferes with the function of the liver while replicating in hepatocytes. It is a major global health problem and the most serious type of viral hepatitis. Chronic liver disease is caused by viral hepatitis and putting people at high risk of death from cirrhosis of the liver and liver cancer. Medical information available is extensive and which is utilized by the clinical specialists. The ranging of information is from details of clinical symptoms to various types of biochemical data. Information provided by each data is evaluated and assigned to a particular pathology during the diagnostic process. Artificial intelligence methods especially computer aided diagnosis and artificial neural networks can be employed to streamline the diagnostic process. These adaptive learning algorithms can handle diverse types of medical data and integrate them into categorized outputs. Artificial neural networks are finding many uses in the medical diagnosis application. In this paper we have proposed a Generalized Regression Neural Network (GRNN) based expert system for the diagnosis of the hepatitis B virus disease. The system classifies each patient into infected and non-infected. The IH-MAC achieves high energy efficient under wide range of traffic load. It ensures high channel utilization during high traffic load without compromising energy efficiency. IH-MAC does it by using the strength of CSMA and TDMA approach with intelligence. The novel idea behind the IH-MAC is that, it uses both the broadcast scheduling and link scheduling. Depending on the network loads the IH-MAC protocol dynamically switches from broadcast scheduling to link scheduling and vice-versa in order to achieve better efficiency. Furthermore, IH-MAC uses Request-To-Send (RTS), Clear-To-Send (CTS) handshakes with methods for adapting the transmit power to the minimum level necessary to reach the intended neighbor with a given BER target or packet loss probability. Thus IH-MAC reduces energy consumption by suitably varying the transmit power. IH-MAC achieves high energy potency below wide selection of traffic load. It ensures high channel utilization throughout high traffic load while not compromising energy potency. The novel plan behind the IH-MAC is that, it uses each the published programming and link programming betting on the network hundreds the IH-MAC protocol dynamically switches from broadcast programming to link programming and vice-versa so as to attain higher potency. A Public-oriented Health care Platform using web services technology overcomes the above problems and provides really useful healthcare solution to end users. In this approach an automated wireless sensors based device will take care of monitoring the body of the patient and finding the chronic diseases. An automated application will be taking care of pushing and pulling the data periodically and send chronic diseases values by SMS through SMS gateway to the register patient. In the modern HealthCare Platform is providing service to the patient anywhere and anytime. Open medium, wide distribution and de-centralization of nodes makes MANETs vulnerable and malicious. It is crucial to develop efficient intrusion detection system to protect MANETs. A new intrusion detection system named bandwidth shared acknowledgment (BSA) in which all transmission packet data and acknowledge should be cryptographically signed. Swarm Based Detection techniques for multiple paths establishment among source to destination and random casting is use during intrusion in MANETs. Eavesdropping in MANET is scheduled based on number of acknowledgement received at every instance in network. The theme of this paper is to provide a seamless message delivery in a MANET despite its threats using random casting and the existing mechanisms like 2-hop acknowledgement or source directed acknowledgement does not hold when a network topology changes frequently or when a node is compromised. These drawbacks are to be addressed ensuring secured connecting edges between source and destination. The source collision, exposure to vulnerability is also minimized using this mechanism. These systems share the radio frequency spectrum with narrowband signals and also provide high data rates, greater bandwidth and improved channel capacity. Hence it has attracted a lot of interest in researchers worldwide. The various design challenges include channel estimation and interference mitigation. MAI (Multiple Access Interference) degrades the performance of UWB systems. To suppress the multiple access interference, an α-stable model along with Fama/Roll-McCulloch parameter estimation technique is proposed. This model adapts to the noise and interference in the environment and hence it forms a robust technique for adaptive receiver designs.
