A Public-oriented Health care Platform using web services technology overcomes the above problems and provides really useful healthcare solution to end users. In this approach an automated wireless sensors based device will take care of monitoring the body of the patient and finding the chronic diseases. An automated application will be taking care of pushing and pulling the data periodically and send chronic diseases values by SMS through SMS gateway to the register patient. In the modern HealthCare Platform is providing service to the patient anywhere and anytime. Now a day's technologies in the medical fields must be utilized to create advancements and to meet health requirements with the available medical resources for the day by day increasing population.
