In Pakistan as the internet banking is comparatively new and same is the case with financial transactions, there are some problems in performing or carrying out financial transactions. So a study was needed to point out the problems and weak points in internet banking. Questionnaire is used for data collection. Data has been collected from the available bank account holders from different regions in Pakistan. The research found people do not use internet banking. There is little awareness about internet banking. People’s perception about internet banking is not good because of the perceived risk. There is also a group of people who don’t use internet banking. By analyzing data taken from the respondents some recommendations are made. If those recommendations are applied then it is expected that most of the people will start using internet banking.","PeriodicalId":136725,"journal":{"name":"Global Management Sciences Review","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127940478","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The selection of 2005 as a base year was due to Thomson Reuter Data Stream registered with International Classification Benchmark (ICB). Determinants i.e. LVG, CF-V, and LQTY,have a positive impact, while SZE, CP-EXP, GR_OPP, CACF, A-INT, DDD, and SX have a negative impact on cash holding. Furthermore, model 2 shows a sub-sector where Restaurant and bar is taken as a reference year. Airlines companies retain excess for their operating activities while Hotel is found significant but prevail a negative coefficient. So, they may easily access to financial market easily. Unfortunately, other sub-sector, i-e, gambling, recreational activities, and tours and Travels, are found insignificant. The estimated sign prevails that there is no issue of auto correlation. While Ho of Hansen's test indicates that there is no issue of explanatory variable and error terms.","PeriodicalId":136725,"journal":{"name":"Global Management Sciences Review","volume":"76 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131047127","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pakistan’s civil service,by all parameters, has failed to provide effective service delivery and other basic services of public welfare. In the public eye,the country’s civil service officers are seen as non-compliant and least responsive, and uncompassionate behavior coupled with bureaucratic hurdles further aggravate the exploitation of the common masses. The lack of transparency and the military's ability to interfere in the public domain have raised concerns about the state's ability to maintain order. The government should prioritize reforms to transform the Armed Forces into a more effective and efficient organization. Since its inception in 1947, Pakistan has made many attempts to reform civil services, but no real change on the ground calls for turning the elusive dream of civil service delivery into reality. If the flaws of an unreformed bureaucracy remain unaddressed, the government may risk its chances of gaining public support.","PeriodicalId":136725,"journal":{"name":"Global Management Sciences Review","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134003582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
