This research method is a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was conducted at the Bogor City District Court. Data collection techniques are obtained from primary data derived from observation, interviews and documentation while secondary data through literature sources. The data that has been collected is analyzed with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and, conclusions. The results showed that 1. SIKEP / IKA digital attendance which is carried out online as a form of implementing work discipline makes Bogor District Court employees more diligent to come to the office on time and return from the office after office hours. 2. SIKEP / IKA is a real time attendance system where Bogor District Court employees must download the SIKEP / IKA application on each employee's cellphone and must be filled in the office area because the attendance system can only receive absences when the employee's location is in the Bogor District Court area. 3. SIKEP / IKA is a strategy of the Bogor District Court in maintaining the work discipline of Bogor District Court employees. If there are employees who forget to fill in the SIKEP / IKA or are late filling in the SIKEP / IKA application. The risk of such actions is the deduction of remuneration and the obligation to make an official report. The recommendation that we provide from this research is that the Bogor District Court must provide an adequate internet connection to prevent server interruptions on employees' cellphones so that there are duplicate connections from the Bogor District Court office wifi.

After utilizing the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 36 journals were reviewed from a total of 304 journals. The findings of this study show that socially responsible HR in the workplace will benefit the surrounding environment and the company. To maintain a positive work environment, corporate responsibility for employee well-being is considered important. Providing facilities to employees, welfare programs, a safe and healthy work environment, as well as career development support is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), where companies are responsible both socially and environmentally. Withdrawal of samples using purposive sampling technique and the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method, so the results of the regression equation are as follows: Y = 6.608 + 0.118X1 + 0.627 X2 From the research results show that product quality, price perceptions and purchasing decisions are included in the classification Very good. Simultaneously product quality and price perceptions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for PT. Adira City of Tasikmalaya. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (2) the effect of work environment variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (3) the effect of leadership style and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama. The population in this research was all employee of PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama as many as 154 employees with 62 employees are used research sample. This research used proportionate stratified random sampling technique to find the research sample. The research method used the correlational quantitative method with data collection techniques used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with software IBM SPSS20.0 program for window. The result of the analysis show that’s leadership style and work environment has positive and significant simultaneously of employee performance of 37,3% with the value of Fhitung (17,584) > Ftabel (3,15). Leadership style has positive and significant of employee performance with the value of thitung (2,564) > ttabel (2,001). This study aims to identify and investigate the obstacles faced by the owner of the partnership in compiling their financial statements according to SAK EMKM. This study used a qualitative approach with the problem study method. The data sources used are primary data and data collection methods by conducting personal interviews with business owners. As a result of research showing that CV.
