Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with software IBM SPSS20.0 program for window. The result of the analysis show that’s leadership style and work environment has positive and significant simultaneously of employee performance of 37,3% with the value of Fhitung (17,584) > Ftabel (3,15). Leadership style has positive and significant of employee performance with the value of thitung (2,564) > ttabel (2,001). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of leadership style variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (2) the effect of work environment variable on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama; (3) the effect of leadership style and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama. 领导风格和工作环境对员工绩效的影响
本研究的目的是确定(1)领导风格变量对员工绩效的影响;(2)工作环境变量对员工绩效的影响[j];(3)领导风格和工作环境对员工绩效的部分影响和同时影响[j]。本研究的人口为PT. Assalaam Niaga Utama的所有员工,研究样本为154名员工,其中62名员工。本研究采用比例分层随机抽样技术寻找研究样本。研究方法采用相关定量法,数据收集技术采用问卷调查法。数据分析技术采用多元线性回归分析技术,软件采用IBM SPSS20.0程序为窗口。分析结果显示,领导风格和工作环境对员工绩效同时具有显著的正向影响(37.3%),其值为Fhitung (17,584) > Ftabel(3,15)。领导风格对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,其值为thitung (2564) > tabable(2001)。工作环境对员工绩效有正向显著影响,其值为thitung (2,263) > tabable(2001)。
