RAPP. Utilizing a quantitative method, non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, data collection technique using questionnaire with sample of 80 employees. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, classical assumptions, Multiple Regression Analysis, R2 Test, F Test, T Test, and mediation test. The population in this study were JNE delivery service users in South Surabaya. The number of samples in this research was 60 respondents. After distributing the questionnaire, the results were calculated using SPSS. However, the number of Siklus Refill consumers is still not optimal compared to the number of followers on social media. This research aims to determine the influence of green marketing and consumer awareness on purchase decisions in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry which is studied from the perspective of Siklus Refill consumers in South Jakarta. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a sample size of 62 respondents. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. Instrument testing includes validity tests and reliability tests. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, while hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis along with the T test, F test and R2 test. Duta Mitra Lestari. The research method used was quantitative with a saturated sample, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 60 employees of the company. The results indicate that the work motivation variable significantly influences employee performance, supported by a significance value of 0.021 < 0.05 and a T value of 2.369, which is greater than the critical T value of 2.002. The work discipline variable also shows a significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a T value of 4.382. Simultaneous analysis indicates that motivation and work discipline together significantly affect employee performance, with an F value of 82.992 and an R Square of 0.744, indicating that 74.4% of the variability in employee performance is influenced by these variables. This study implies that the company needs to enhance employee motivation and work discipline to achieve better performance. It provides practical contributions for the management of PT. Duta Mitra Lestari in developing strategies to improve employee performance through strengthening motivation and work discipline. One of the quality stadards at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwokerto is the level of student satisfaction with institut services. This is stated in the ITTP managemet contract with the foundation organization as one of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The aim of this research is to find out the level of student satisfaction with the servicces provided by ITTP. Service Quality indicators consist of five aspects: reability, responiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangibles. The population in this study were active students in the even semester 2023-2024 and the number of responets who filled in was 3.848 or almost 80% of the population. Research data was obtaining using a survey system via the website link sai.ittelkom-pwt.ac.id which contains 50 question items. A simple linier regression analysis method was used to analyze the data obtained. The research result show that ITTP student’s satisfaction responses to the services provided include aspects of reability, responiveness, assurance, emphaty and tangibles in the “Good” category with a satisfaction index of 74, 76%. It turned out that the measurement results were not in accordance with the target set “Very Good” or score 80,50%. The sample taken for data collection was the entire population in the company, namely 66 respondents. This research is quantitative research by testing hypotheses using SPSS 25. The results of the t test research (partial) on the training variable show t count 3.235 ≥ t table 1.669 and a significant value of 0.002 ≤ 0.05, meaning that the training variable partially and significantly influences employee performance in PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis Depok City. The results of the t test research (partial) on the work motivation variable show that the t count is 4,599 ≥ t table 1,669 and the significant value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05, meaning that the work motivation variable partially and significantly influences employee performance at PT Andika Rajawali Indoserpis, Depok City. Based on the SPSS 25 output results, the results of the F test research (simultaneous) show that the calculated F value is 43.124 ≥ F table 3.14 and the significant value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. This Policy Paper aims to achieve the target of Local Tax and Local Retribution fulfillment in 2024 and develop policy recommendations to achieve the target. A quantitative approach is used to analyze the percentage of Local Tax and Local Retribution achievements in the PAD Structure of the Sikka Regency APBD in 2023. In-depth interviews with civil servants of the Regional Revenue Agency to identify challenges and perceptions related to the PAD management process were also conducted. The results of the analysis show the low realization of local taxes and levies in Sikka Regency with contributing factors including potential PAD not yet well recorded or fully collected, ineffective local tax and levy collection systems and poorly recorded taxpayer and levy databases. This study involves all individuals who intend to make purchases on Avoskin skincare products as a population. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the Brand Awareness variable has a positive effect on Brand Trust, the results of Perceived Quality also have a positive effect on Brand Trust, and Brand awareness has no positive effect on Purchase Intention, then Perceived Quality has a positive effect on Purchase Intention, then Brand trust has a positive effect on purchase intention, and there is Brand Awareness has no influence on Purchase Intention through Brand Trust. The final finding is that Perceived Quality does not have a positive influence on Purchase Intention through Brand Trust. The purposive sampling technique was used for sample selection in this study so that the number of respondents taken as samples was 130 using the SEM analysis method. These criteria include individuals who already know Avoskin skincare products, aged at least 17 years. This method can be used to determine the effect of product quality, price, place, promotion, service quality on purchasing decisions. Product quality, price, place, promotion, service quality are used as independent variables and purchasing decision as dependent variables. In this study, the population used were men and women who lived in Gresik and had visited coffee shops in the city of Gresik with an infinite number. Purposive sampling method with criteria is men or women who live in the city of Gresik and have come to coffee shops in the city of Gresik who consume coffee with the age of 18-34 years. The determination of sample age criteria and sampling locations was based on the target consumers at the Kene Coffee coffee shop and the Honest Docs Team specifically conducted a survey of 385 respondents to find out coffee drinking habits in Indonesia.
