Upper limits of 2 · 10<sup>−10</sup>% and 1.2 · 10<sup>−10</sup>% have been set for the fission yields of <sup>7</sup>Be and <sup>32</sup>Si, respectively. The characterization of the complexes was done by elemental analysis and by their spectroscopic data (I.R.,<sup>1</sup>H N.M.R. and M.S.). Infrared, Raman, electronic and mass spectra as well as magnetic susceptibility measurements are reported and discussed. The solid-state molecular structure of (<em>η</em><sup>5</sup>-C<sub>9</sub>H<sub>7</sub>)UBr<sub>3</sub>· C<sub>4</sub>H<sub>8</sub>O·(C<sub>6</sub>H<sub>5</sub>)<sub>3</sub> PO is reported.
